As the year comes to an end, let us share with each other what we likely spent for petrol and oil for 2024.


I spent roughly 100k for mobil oil and 500k-600k for petrol in year 2024. I would like for the government to reintroduce the subsidy because it’s no longer funny for a car that is hardly in used. This amount is outside vehicles repair expensive.

i use average usage for a month. There are some months i use higer and some month lower. So i use the average (middle) the higher cover the lower months: use very high all through the ember month.

Wastages. The major factor that’s depletes Nigeria fx is loan servicing and not import. Our international trade is balance import and export.

Another factor is politicians keeping stolen wealth in foreign currencies.

How much are you going to do that same work today? Considering now that everything is costly.

The painful part is nobody is ready to pay that high. Landlord increasing rent, transport and feeding very tough right now. But Nigerians aren’t welling to shift ground when it comes to pay. More and more people are jobless and are ready to take that offer from desperation if you are not willing to take it.

Imagine a mechanic after doing hard work is being paid 3k. And when he enters local restaurants. 2.5k down at the spot. Before now he could get a good meal for 5h and keep 2.5k before Tinubu administration. People are not poorer and suffering with no solution in site.

yes of course. But even if you didn’t change it immediately you can still use it like that if the document hasn’t expired. But it’s important to change at due time. When I bought Nigerian used it remaining 3 months to expired so i just use it like that for that 3 months it was 2 weeks to expire before i did everything.

Umm. The major one is if it's Nigeria used. Vehicle particulars it comes in full pack. The ownership certificate, road worthiness and 3rd party insurance certificate. The last one is custom clearance document (optional). They must be the original copy and the owner should tender drivers license or voters card copy. The name must tally with that of the vehicle particulars. And the bank account to transfer to must be the same with the names on the particulars, except its from dealership otherwise it’s a red flag. And lastly an agreement note of transfer of the car with the amount stated on it. Both party signed on it and keep each copy. That's all.

But if it's toks you will need waybill invoice, custom clearance and receipts that's all

Why did you change gasket? Was it ss a result of overheating? If yes what causes the overheating? Is it as a result of leaks or the themselves or the fun is not working well?

More than 50% of Nigerian's imports are are raw materials which can be produced in the country. If the government is serious, they can cause a massive change in agriculture that will be noticeable to replace most of the raw materials import.
There are lots of things to do to cause massive changes in Nigeria economy but the government is blind to all of them. All the attention is on oil forgetting that there are many countries that are doing well without oil.
