In a remot town in other climate where government presence is not felt or reach.

The community will develop that place themselves. Like roads, drainage systems and others they could do. Afterall it’s a form of tax and it’s for the benefit of them all.


But here in Nigeria you will see an area with new and fines houses. But the street will be terrible. They will buy suv and wasting money on suspension every now and then.

But for each house to come together on that street to contribute is a big problem. Some big people can comfortably donate let say 1m to 15m without dent on their person.

To fix the road and drainage will be a serious problem for black community. What’s happening with black people?

I am rooting for government to bring yearly charges for all new houses. Charge heavily for duplex and mansions.

Softening and even melting of roads and runways in hot weather is due to the asphalt they use to pave them. ASTM D36–06 is the test I used. When the temperature of the asphalt exceeds its softening point, the asphalt will soften and may ooze its lighter components.

With how cars are expensive now, those three alone will cost the government about 80m to purchase without inflating the price cos they may even say is 200m. state should tax those consume by their state as well. Also if any product should sell in their state then they should have a distribution office. That way state can calculate and collect their tax

Year in year out i keep buying gas top due to rust. It always happens that way from the water spill over when cooking.

Also i live in a quiet neighborhood and when i turn on the usually auto light gas top it makes too much noise (kpe boom, sometimes i came home late around 12am or maybe at home decided to eat late. And when i light the gas it make a noise pke boom that neighbors will hear at that hour of the night.

I need a replacement now and i want a redesign gas top cooker. Please you suggestions.

1, the one that easily to be clean
2, the one that water doesn’t affect it to rust. If possible it can collect water to one side neatly.
3, silent during automatic turn on

How are we even sure dangote is refining a drop of PMS? For someone who took license to import PMS. I don’t see why PMS from his refinery should be way higher than imported once.

Men the country really destroyed. 2008/2009 kia rio tear rubber was 1.5 million. It was what they were using to do cab in Benin city. I still remember when it move to 2m then later 2.5m.

During that time 15k usd is around 1.5m. That amount can get you new car.
