If SS won't join, there is no problem as it is not our main aim of separation. The major thing is to get Igbos separated from Fulanis and Yorubas at all cost.

Many here normally mention case of South Sudan and co, forgetting that Igbos value lives and doesn't reason like them stuffed with Islamic mentality.
and u think the people of south sudan are muslimshuhSMH...

What hapened to GEJ is a lesson to every Niger Delta man, without the Igbos, gej wouldn't have lasted up to 3yrs as the president of Nigeria.
comment of an illiterate...so the igbos protected GEJ in office right?do u think @all before typinghuh

As an Etche man i will go with biafrans, the yorubas and de hausa fulani people are wicked, we cannot live with them.
because they didnt vote for jonathan..in 2011 the yorubas and hausa fulani people weren't wicked righthuh

it seems you don't understand where I stand. It's not because GEJ lost the presidential election. My stand is what will happen to the SS if the SE actualise their goal? The ibos are right to demand for their own country and I see nothing with that. Should they go, will the yorubas not liaise with the North to frustrate SS despite our many resources. Think about this, or is it not better we join the SE now??
is that your reason to join biafrahuhwhatever happens to a south south republic?.the south south consist of minior ethnic groups,,we can have a confederation..that for me is far better than being a miniority in biafra...

You are talking nonsense bro, who told you its open contest? cant you see the handwriting on the wall? are you so deaf or dumb? the SE can not leave without their brother SS, we should clamour for change of the name BIAFRA not leaving them behind. Maybe you are afraid to loose your father properties in lagos or Abuja. We the SS must support the Igbos in this struggle or we regret later. Am a full born Deltan from Anioma
u know nothing....my mum is frm the igbo speaking part of delta,,kwale to be precise...u dare not classify her as an igbo she will rebuff u,tell that to my grandma and she will slap u .....u can keep ranting on nairaland...

Guy, pls stop this nonsense immediately. Am a Niger delta son too but I don't support ur position here. How can I/we blindly support the Igbo's with their Biafran nonsense just because GEJ our brother lost an open contest election? Think of Niger Delta Republic and not Biafra
its pointless trying to convince this folks abt anything,,..av being geting insults just because i didnt share same opinion as those clamoring for ss/se merger....i prefer anything such as an independent naijadelta or each of the south south states becoming independent republics,,but definately not biafra...

I would rather you don't join us
Sorry but your betrayal pass that of our "hosts" because yours was the the back-stabbing of a "brother"
The only thing you people have going for you is oil and the price is tumbling as nations shift to greener energies
You people are only going to be parasites to us in a few decades and as you turned your back on us and joined our enemies in our hour of need, we ask to lie on your mat as you lay it
i concur,,i as an ibibio do nt approve dat merger...itt wld be foolish of us to leave nigeria as a minority and form a new entity where we'wld still be miniority.

Will it stop Theodore Orji from looting a state dry and manipulating elections?
We African don't know our priorities.
the greatest fantacy we frm the south cook up is to think everything will be roses the moment nigeria is divided....we find it convenient to blame the north for virtually all the problems in nigeria...i have nothing against 50% deriavation or even 90%...,,but how have we managed the 10% we are currently getting?? Has it impacted positively on the lives of the average naijadeltan/southernerhuhbecause it doesnt matter if nigeria is divided today,,if the right questions are not asked or answered,,the problems will still persist even in the new entity...south sudan comes to mind...

Once again stop insulting our intelligence. You are an imposter. Your past posts, lack of interest on the state you claim to come from and finally lack of knowledge on simple knowledge from the same state you claiming you come from points you out as an IMPOSTER. Even now, now on this thread you are on the "barracks" as oppose to being a "student on uniben" like you always claim to be. I don't need a magic balls or new20 20 to point that out. Considering your post and interest in one specific region politics and development rather than where you claim does not surprise me one bit. Your people aka SW are well known COWARDS anyway so I'm not surprised. Attache by force
...u're pathetic...hw does my residing in benin/staying in the barracks change the fact that im frm akwaibomhuhyour life must really be miserable for u to attach too much importance on nairaland to the extent u can ''perceive''a moniker's state of origin...av been residing in benin for abt 10yrs now,,grew up and studied here,,ikot abasi remains my LG of origin...and im very proud of my state...why wld any reasonable person frm akwaibom want to risk the developmental strides achieved over the last few years,,for a cause(biafra) that will lead to mass destruction and deaths??since u're jobbless and less convinced abt my state of origin,,why not take a queue frm one of ur mentors''fayose'' and track me down frm nairaland to wherever u meet me@least that wld keep u occupied for sometime..

discourage them howhuh?war never gets problems solved it only complicates it..that doesn't mean when it comes i''ll go into hiding.we fought a war for 3 years what did we achievedhuh?was any lesson learn thuhif they can show me anywhere in the world where conflict have solved problems,,i'll gladly wish them good luck in their quest...most of the people instigating war here are kids who have never heard the sound of gunshot in their lives..im less concerned abt biafra,,i only have the interest of my state in my heart...akwaibom cant afford to relive 1967 all over again...we''av come too far.

Dude stop insulting our intelligence. You are not from AK. I suspected you're not from that state months ago but after the last two days it became clear as daylight, you are just another imposter. How do I know? You didn't know an ibibio was once the president of biafra during the 3 years it was alive. Something every ibibio knows, even my best friend that's ibibio, born and raised outside of AK and left to USA when he was 5 years old even knew that history but alas you that supposedly from that state and live in Nigeria did not know that history. You equally did not know a significant amount of Massob members are from AK and CR. Something again that people from that state f2king knows. Likewise, you equally didn't know Biafra soilders consisted of SE igbos, SS igbos and AK, most specifically ibibio people. Not only didn't you know any of this despite the fact these are all common knowledge for people from that state, likewise, when we look at your past post, not one single post from you is on AK politics rather your entire history is either on benin or Yoruba politics. Let's not even mention, the constant insult to GEJ by you.

Dude. I don't blame new2020 for calling you out on it. He, himself, is an ibibio and I can understand his irritation with fakers using his tribe to shield themselves during their charade. When I first joined this forum, that was what you yorubas were doing using anioma to shield unaselves and I know personally how irritating and annoying that sh1t is. Likewise, the same way ikwerreboy on this forum kept pretending to be ikwerre on this forum until someone actually met him in real life and once again, verified exactly what we all suspected. Just like him, you are highly very pathetic and once again, go and learn about the people you pretending to be from. Pick up the common knowledge within their community and at least pretend to give one ounce of crap about what's going on in that state you using to shield your worthless, cowardly self. All that is your give away.
......i'll never support a secession movement whose foundation is based on greed...biafra remains an igbo agenda with other minorities being used as pawns...biafra never gained popular support from the south south region..,,especially the ijaws..2015 elections gave me a clearer understanding as to why our grandfathers didnt really conceived the biafran ideology...Akwa ibom has attained giant strides in infrastructural and economic advancement, all that remains is consolidation...the choice for akwaibomites is a simple one,,we either put religious and ethic differences aside and focus on moving the state to the next level or we support a cause that will definately lead to massive destruction and loss of lives..as for me,,i was born a Nigerian,,and i'll die a Nigerian,,av chosen my path feel free to choose yours..
