The executive Governor of Rivers State, Governo Wike has this morning entered into Edo State Ahead of tomorrow's Gubernatorial showdown in Edo State.

According to the report, the Governor who promised the People's Democratic Party Faithfuls and Godwin Obaseki of his total support few months ago has today stormed the Edo State Capital in a bid to fulfil the promise made sometimes ago.

This development has therefore proven that, Governor Wike is a man of his words!! He promised The people's Democratic Party Faithfuls of his total support two months ago.


Wike during a Press conference two months ago Said, he will be in Benin City a day to the election, pending when the winner is declared, and today he has fulfiled the promise by landing in Edo ahead of the Gubernatorial battle slated for tomorrow.

The Rivers State Governor who has been on loggerheads with Adams Oshiomole over Godfatherism has taken a giant step to ensure Governor Godwin Obaseki emerge victorious.
