any news about rsust, I can't tell if they have uploaded mobilization list.......... I can't tell cause am doing revalidation........ rsust (rivers state university of science and technology)

I register in a tertiary institution and had fingerprint issue in camp..... just look for a PLC with good fingerprint scanner, that's my view

NYSC has deleted those cafe cos of the numerous errors observed from their activities, the truth is that NYSC never approved any cafe, they lifted those cafe names from JAMB website, during those days that JAMB gives cafe license to register, so as it is right now, the best place to register for NYSC is inside a tertiary institution where they atleast knows better than those outside.

I was given my first choice, last batch!!!!! I registered on the second day............

I'm in quite in a dilemma here. I have an uncle (we don't relate much sha), he works with NYSC in Gombe state. He's called me 3 times already to order me to pick Gombe as my first preferred state when registration starts. The problem is, I don't know his plans.
Then there's this lady, a co-staff with my dad whose husband works with NYSC, Abuja. The lady wants me to use Abuja as my first choice. Clearly, she'd talk to her hubby to make sure I get a good place for PPA within the central city.

#DilemmaOfFirstChoice.

My thought now is, there must be something good in this first choice thing if one registers early. Personally, I prefer katsina state (even though ppl say the place dull die).

How are they even sure I'll get my first choice state?
Now, do I satisfy my uncle's desire or the lady trying to do some good?
My dad is all for Abuja sha.

You are good to go already. The essence of you informing your school originally was to allow Nysc retain your details from the previous registration. So watch out for REVALIDATION and REMOBILIZATION info beginning from February 1st-8th because that usually comes b4 the freshers.

We would also be on the lookout for any info for you and others like Oluwafirefunmi et al OK.

Modified : Infact if this is not you below, then you had exactly the same problem desiring REVALIDATION for A16

ust can be slow en.......... although am doing revalidation , I had to go to DSA yesterday and all they could tell me is names will be online soon........*soon* is that not stories for the gods........ my name is already on the nysc portal cause I was mobilised last batch, my question is, if my sch fails to upload names,will I be able to revalidate.......

am also revalidating. we are getting fresh posting and callup letter ......

I am a medical graduate who was deployed to Bauchi in stream 2 of batch B but i did not make camp becoz of i wasnt done with my internship coz of som issues. Am now revalidating but am rili not looking 4ward 2 service in bauchi. Those any1 know if nysc posts revalidating corpers bsck to their fomer states of deployment? Plz assist a bro wt info.

From IMO but reside in PH ( been here all my life) Doh visited Lag, Delta, Abia, Enugu but my dear it was as a kid and when I was in search for admission.
Preferred state of service - sincerely I don't know and would like to get advice from you guys. I just want a calm scenery with good job opportunity, electricity is another option . So pls u guys recommend 3 states for me (following the nysc rules of zoning en all ) and give ur reasons for picking that state. Thanks FAM

I was in camp for 2015 B, although I had to come back cause of some issues. your I D card is very important, u will use your I'd card to collect your transport and bicycle allowance, 3k, but u will be clear at d registration point if u have your certificate but just forget the 3k cause that's d only way those in charge can eat your money..

THIS IS ACTUALLY SCOOPED FROM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT AS APPLICABLE TO YOU.

5. 'While It will take all Corps Producing Institutions one week to upload the Senate/Academic Board list, it will also take prospective corps members (both locally and foreign-trained) four (4) weeks to register online. Apart from these, there are other administrative duties connected to the mobilisation process which we have to undertake before the orientation

6. ' Registration for Remobilization ' is required only for corps members that have been mobilized in a previous NYSC batch but absconded from service.

7. ' Registration for Revalidation ' is required only for corps members that have been
deployed in a previous NYSC batch but did not go to camp.

8. All graduates from Nigerian Universities, Polytechnics/Monotechnics and those affiliated to them (whether full-time or part-time) are expected to carry out their biometric-enabled online registration using their Matriculation Numbers and JAMB Registration Numbers. Also, those for Revalidation (i.e. prospective corps members who were mobilized earlier but for one reason or the other could not report for the orientation course) must equally register online.

9. Prospective Corps members should ensure that they have functional e-mail addresses that they can access and Nigerian (GSM) telephone numbers with which to register

10. Locally trained prospective Corps members are expected to use correct Institution Matriculation numbers to register

11. For locally-trained graduates, only those whose names appear in the Senate/Academic Board Approved Result lists submitted by their Institutions will have access to register on the NYSC portal

Since the REVALIDATION usually commences before fresh registration starts, I believe you will be given another chance for a short on AKWA IBOM once again

am lizzy, I was mobilised 2015 B and posted to akwa ibom state, stream 2 to be precised. while I was doing registration in camp I got to the point were u have to do fingerprint verification, my fingerprint was showing error, myself and some other pcm, they ask us to wait that they will fix it, to cut the long story short, they could not fix it, that a message came from DG that everone with fingerprint issue should go home and revalidate when they start registration and serve with the next batch...... I was in shock cause I actually did my registration at a registered nysc registration center, I had to leave camp after staying in camp for 3days, I came bck and went to the center I registered,only to find out that the fingerprint scanner there is faulty....... am sharing this cause I don't want anyone to go through what I did....... be careful were u register and make sure the fingerprint scanner is not faulty. and don't let anyone thumbprint for u....... anyway I hope I still get posted to akwa ibom state

You can easily do that wen d portal has been open for next batch. There is a link on the site that you will click to register since you have been deployed in a previous NYSC batch but was unable to camp.

I was mobilized for batch b steam 2, I went to camp but could not complete my registration cause of fingerprint issues, I was ask to come back nxt batch, pls if anyone knw how to go about revalidation please let me knw..... Thanks
