Very good judgement by the Abuja court. So his trial in Kogi can go on unhindered without clashing with the one in Abuja. The one in Abuja concerns his attempt to escape police custody when he was bring transported to Kogi. Hopefully after he's found guilty in Kogi, he will then face trial in Abuja.
