No deceive yourself abeg. Which section of the Code of Conduct Act prevents the Bureau from giving out CTCs? It function is to have custody of the form and the Evidence Act place an obligation on the Bureau to give CTCs to applicant on the payment of fees. Buhari has done his job, opposition do your own.
Why are you trying to be clever by half? grin

1. Did Buhari promised to declare his assets publicly? Yes or No ?

2. If yes, what has CHANGE ?

3. If No what about this evidence ? http://www.punchng.com/news/i-will-declare-my-assets-publicly-buhari/

5. And if he decide not to correct his error, is that not moral corruption ?

I technically outside the youth age. I am telling you the wise man option. Go to Code of Conduct Bureau and obtain a Certified True Copy. Do not really on hearsay or documentary hearsay, Mr. fireforfire. By the way where is Tapa Balogun?
You dey form badoo...

Bayswater:
The code of conduct bureau does not have the right under law to make public any individual's asset declaration neither is it allowed to give CTCs of such documents to any mumu, madu & buhari like you stated above.

The Law is clear please read it up. The Code of Conduct is not Abuja Lodge or Unity Lodge of freemason or Ogboni nor some other strictly members only club. that you cannot go to and collect a certified copy of Form 000001/2015 Office of the President. Go their and pay a N100 and obtain your copy, remember to make your application in writing. It is a public document in public custody, getting the content of that document from the mouth of anyone is hearsay or a hybrid of documentary hearsay. As we normally say here photo or idontbelivit..
Dont wait for the queue to get longer, go there by 5am on monday you might get it faster than anyone.
Chai, I dof my hat for Nigerian youth. Just because you are supporting a fellow, you could not pass a free and fair comment ?

How did he fulfill it ? Please explain.

The secret asset declaration mentioned by 'The Nation Newspaper' or the openly promised "Public Assets Declaration" by Buhari to Nigerians on the 19th of February 2015?

30th May is a months salary earlier than 28th June. Adeniyi was also appointed before the declaration by Yar'adua. So please lets hear your applause for PMB for obeying the CCA than Yar'adua.
I see...

I think you are missing my point.

My reference to the publication is to show what and how the Late President Musa Yar'Adua did to fulfill his campaign promise of publicly declaring his assets, even against the advice of the Bureau.

The timing to us is not relevant, what PMB promised is this:

Firefire:
Yes, we believe PMB was aware of the constitutional requirement before making this promise!

I will declare my assets publicly –Buhari

Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), said he would publicly declare his assets and liabilities, if voted into power.

Buhari stated this in a document obtained by our correspondent in Abuja on Thursday. The document highlights what Buhari will do in his first 100 days if he assumes power on May 29.

He said he would encourage political appointees in his administration to also declare their assets publicly.

If the APC candidate keeps to his promise, he will be the second Nigeria’s President to publicly declare his assets.

Yes, he should. No, he MUST! ..but he won't because it will be his greatest undoing. All the packages will crumble like a pack of cards.

I have repeatedly said that Buhari is a very rich man ..why he chose to behave like a pauper is what I don't honestly get.
This is a revelation!

Can your assertion be correct?

I think you're being mischievous here. Here's the link to the press statement condemning the attacks.

First, he has followed due process by declaring his assets with the CCB in line with the requirements of the constitution.

Secondly, where are you drawing your conclusions from as regards him not wanting to declare his assets publicly cause from what the nation published, there was no part stating the reluctance of PMB and VPO in declaring their assets publicly.

Don't try an add to the story. It was never stated whether or not they'll declare publicly and I think it's silly for anyone to presume they did. You guys need to chillax and not be too hasty.

The truth is bitter ..I wonder what Lai Mohammed would have penned down if GEJ lied publicly.

Buhari lied to Nigerians about his mode of asset declarations and we see some people provide spins and cover the president.

My problem with the APC is the manner they treated the ex-president and family with all sorts of unprintable names ..clueless, retardeen, drunkard ..name them .. ..shepopo ..even when they did nothing.

It's pathetic that the APC in their quest to wrestle power, denigrated the office of the president by attacking violently any decision emanating from his office ..of course, public declaration of assets is one of them.

Our upbringing won't allow us to insult our seniors let alone a whole president but the king must be told the truth even if we put a basket on our face ..its for our good.

Though you lied, PMB, you have my best wishes.
He should correct the lies, Four Years is still very young.

Is it right to say that the APC stewards and fellow party men compelled PMB not to make public his own assets to protect their past corrupt enrichment ? because we expect all the incoming Ministers to follow in the "Public Assets Declaration"

If PMB fails to declare his asset publicly within the next 48 Hours, Nigerians should know that his fight against corruption is weak, fake and bogus.

... the war against corruption cannot have meaning until those at the helms of affairs begin to live by example - Aid to Late President Musa Yar'adua

" Adeniyi said that the Late President released the documents in spite of the contrary advice of the Code of Conduct Bureau. "The President

notified the Bureau of his intention to make the form available to the public in fulfillment of his campaign pledge, which was borne out of his

conviction that the war against corruption cannot have meaning until those at the helms of affairs begin to live by example".

If the late President Yar Adua of PDP can do it, we expect President Buhari of APC (CHANGE) to do better.
