They haven't lived up to their billing at all...Gets me thinking, If it was the Edo raised Raikage, Tchsuikage, Mizukage, Kazekage and weakest Hokage except Tsunade (Hiruzen Sarutobi), do you think Madara would be so comfortable...With the exception of Gaara, these Kages are nothing compared to their predecessors!

Madara merely drew them out.
With Tsunade and Ai as close to mid-range fighters, Mei and Oonoki as mid-range to distant fighters, then Gaara taking the extreme rear.
It would be interesting to view their battles on screen.
