First half we created numerous chances without Messi ( that's an L to those already that says we can't create chances that why Messi drops deep). We could have been 3:0 up before the 2nd half. My reply was to those clamoring for Messi in the first half like we were being dominated and unable to create chances which was not the case.

The logic is that... With Messi dropping deep, the opposition tries to focus on seeing when he's going offensive, this limiting their press ( They are always of the believe that allowing space and taking the eyes away from him could mean havoc ) but for the others, the opposition believes that they are only playing their positions and don't constitute much threat..



Now, what our strikers haven't been able to do is gel properly to actually capitalize on that "noose" and score goals.
