It is illegal for the police or any arm of the military to engage in debt recovery or enforce contracts. No senior officer of any of these arms would permit that. Usually the unscrupulous & corrupt rank & file would jump at the opportunity for pecuniary gains. |

What must have happened is this: She was initially arraigned in PH & granted bail that took her about 2 months to perfect. She definitely was given a date 2 return 4 her trial & she failed to show up & the Judge/Magistrate issued a Bench Warrant.She ought to have known of her return date 4 trial. Was she not in touch with her lawyers all the while? It shouldnt have degenerated to this.From her anticidents,she must be a difficult "Client" to manage.Now she's firing & engaging another Lawyer... |
