Properties › Re: Land Without Document by FirstCounsel(m): 7:47am On Jul 19, 2017 |
MrMcJay: Very easy but very technical.
Since it belonged to your late Dad, you need a legal document empowering you to sell. This could be a Will or Letter of Administration.
To answer your question, let the new buyer reach out to the person(s) who sold to your late Dad. These previous sellers would sign the Land Agreement for the new buyer as if he's buying from them directly.
Your mom and all siblings can sign a contract of sale or other documents transferring equitable rights to the buyer. I agree with you |

richyblink1: I am over vigilant bro. The first experience I have with maid is terrible. The babe came to my house with a dead baby in her womb that she tried getting rid of natively. Na God save me because she bled all through her stay in my house holding her tummy with severe pains.
The funniest thing is that she told no one till wifey found out and took her to her doctor. I also had a nasty experience late last year with a maid. She cloned the house keys without our knowledge stole my wife's things and bolted away in the dead of the night. A supposed 16 year old "naive girl" who had never been to Lagos and didn't know her way around. We later found her cavorting with some dude in his apartment and bundled her home to her people |

juman: It was those military generals that destroyed nigeria and degraded the country to this extent.
It was when economy became very bad that people started running to God for help.
So some individuals began worship shops with the intention to become very rich by getting money from their customers. You're echoing exactly what a colleague told me last week. He went further to say there's a dearth of magicians around. No one pays money to watch magic anymore like the days of old. So what magicians have done is open churches according to him and it got me thinking since then. I'm not saying all men of God use magic. |

ehnok: Lolx, I thought a Police officer should be in charge of stuffs like that... Soldiers are not allowed to dabble into commercial disputes. Only a foolish soldier would agree to get in involved. If his commanding officer finds out, he's in hot sauce. I think "our people" need to be educated on these things. Don't ever involve soldiers in commercial disputes. |

MaziOmenuko: That devilish dwarf with demented brain.
They kept stonning him and throwing him pure water, he won a 2nd term bid. They kept stonning him and throwing pure water, he won the senatorial seat. They kept stonning him and throwing him pure water, his son won a slot at the state house of assembly. They will keep stonningbhim and throwing pure water while he wins another term at the senate, his wife wins house of reps and his son is made the speaker of the house where he will proceed to be governor. Pure water is just N100 per bag and stones are free at your disposal.
Next election day, don't come out and vote, stay in your houses and be shouting 'he will not win'. After the low turnout, he will pack Ghana must go to INEC office and they will count all your votes that you refused to cast and give to him while you stay at auban shop, ikpu-jones, feel D place, dementos, nwanyi uzuakoli and all outlets in umuahia and be drinking beer and waiting for the next time to throw pure water at him.
***Rip Dr Nwaogbo. Just learning of your death right now. Your legacies will surpass that of the demented dwarf who is an embodiment of failure and a mobile embarrassment. Well said. Couldn't agree more |
