It's adjacent to the government hospital along igbogbo road. If you're coming from laspotech/Agric, alight at ikorodu garage, then board a keke; tell him/her you are headed to inec, It's 100naira.

I just had the same nasty experience here in Ikorodu, and this is my second time of trying to get the PVC

The first time, I got to Elepe primary school by 5:30am we were not more than fifteen but on the list there were 130 names already.

I still waited to see what will happen, the inec people came by 10:15am but I never got to do it till I left by 3:30pm
