Don't you have up to five O'level or A'level credit.

Does the presidency position require a minimum of five O'level credit or is it just a certificate whether fail or pass?

I am hoping that they will be a Presidential Debate before the Elections and also I am also hoping that all candidate especially GEJ will agree on a date to appear for the debate this time around.
