Ehhh...Its very very very possible...I am a living witness...My younger cousin's GF is just like that...Her dad passed on when she was in Primary 6...She didn't go to school from JSS to SS..Only evening lessons and tutorials and that's once in a while oo...She's not really fluent in english but she dey try but her reading and writing skill is Zero..And she is CUTE.....Her Younger sister too - The same...So its very possible.
