Apart from silverbird, what else can be used for the steam inhalation? Giddyperson: Not to bathing water please. You can put it in hot water for steam inhalation, just like you do when you have catarrh. That's put in hot water, carry baby, cover your head with a big towel and let him inhale the steam. Just 2-3 drops at a time please. It should never come in contact with the skin please, not even in bathing water, it's way too strong. @Pearl05 |

Thanks dear.. but when she was born she took Nan1 for almost 2weeks before I started lactating.. rvpbae: She probably has cow milk allergy, people substitute with plant based milk. You can Google for more info and see a paediatrician for further check up. |

U dun mean it.. I was thinking it's my safe period o.. To think dt I had called 2months ago. Imagine getting pregnant 2months after cs tatacherie: Yesso one can take in without periods that's because "ovulation takes place before you can see period" one can ovulate at any time, period will follow if fertilization doesn't occur in that cycle
I breastfed my first child for 2years without having periods. I took in the month I weaned her without periods and the cycle continued So pls go and use odishi to be on the safe side |

OK thanks mama.. I used to type the words without goin tru health section. Giddyperson: select Health section, and use as few words as possible. E.g type 'potato puree' in the search bar then run the search. Beneath the search bar, you'll see 'all sections'. Click on it and select 'Health'. Then read through. You have to be a lil patient cuz some irrelevant stuff might also come up. After that search 'carrot puree' or 'weaning food' or 'baby puree' things like that. Two words at a time. |

Pls ma, how can one search the thread.. each time I try to do dt I usually see posts totally outside the thread and most time don't get useful information hunniesuzie: Hi mama, there's no separate thread for 6 months plus. Search this group for recipes for 6 months. For carrot/apple/potato puree peel, cut to small pieces, boil and blend |

Yeah the fruit thingy..And I also stopped eating yam, bread and other pastries for now.. Thanks sis Giddyperson: That flaws my theory then . Its actually an issue especially since it's daily. What did you change your diet to? People usually recommend eating more fruits and vegetables, esp pawpaw. And forsaking bread and other flour-based products. |
Health › Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by firstLadyy: 3:42pm On May 01, 2019 |
Mine actually poops everyday. . But den it's still the same ish.. well, let me stop worrying since it seem not much of an issue.. Thanks for this input, I appreciate Giddyperson: I've been having the same issue too. My baby poops like once in a week, and pooping day is usually a lot of drama and seems painful. My theory is that the poo loses most of its water in the body due to its long stay. I tried changing diet but the only thing that worked was taking lots of mangoes, but that one even gave him watery, then green stool so I gave up. I've just decided to take it as something he'd outgrow. It didn't happen with my DD cuz despite being EBF, she pooped everyday sometimes more than once a day and it's the same foods I'm still eating. |
