However I don't understand the part where I'm supposed to get declaration for a high court when I have a birth certificate that my parents gave me from the local government.

Please help.... Should I apply for another birth certificate?? Or should I use the birth certificate I have with me. And if I'm to get the age declaration how do I go about it..
