I disagree with you. Otti won because of IREV. The Obi Tsunami had little positive impact on Otti because Abians (Obi or no Obi) were tired of 24 years of the worst string of PDP governors. Again Otti won with APGA in 2015 and took 11 of the 24 seats at the state house of assembly but was rigged out unfortunately IREV had not come on board then.
