Yes blocking your child SSN is a way to go it called FREEZE and you have to do it from the 3 credit borrow, it will cost you a token of $10 each total will be $30 that will free you from unnecessary headache till whenever your child is old enough to need his or her SSN and they have a way of unlocking it to when you are ready ,I we make sure we advice all the new mothers that gave birth in our care to do it before returning back to Nigeria

Good evening everyone. It seems many people who said childbirth during their own interview are forgetting that sometimes some others say "vacation" because the honestly are not sure they will end up going for child birth. This year especially has been full of uncertainties with the dollar price fluctuations and all. Not everyone is sure they will end up going for childbirth except those that aalready have some serious cash stacked up somewhere.
Now i'll like to ask, could there be any consequences for future visa applications if someone applies for childbirth, claims to have loads of cash somewhere and doesnt end up going for child birth? Im sure the answer is YES!
So please oh nobody should crucify me but i think we should be a little more sympathetic and stop berating everyone that didnt say childbirth during their visa interview, especially when they were not asked any pregnancy or medical care related question

because a number of us have been turned back embarrassed... Cancelled visa at poe etc.

Which is better we open ur eyes and enlighten u or we allow u fall into a Pit?
U talking about dollars.. Don't u think it will be a waste of money to buy a ticket and travel and then one is turned back at d poe? What about the stress of travelling as a pregnant woman or the emotional trauma

And it's better u get a visa for childbirth and u didn't travel again than for u to b asked why u r traveling and u say vacation when u know deep down u might also use it for childbirth. But then even d vacation u didn't go.
Talking about money stashed someone is just out of it honestly...

And one more thing no one jumps up one day and decide a d decides to give birth it takes planning et al. So please Abeg...
I mean when They ask why u are traveling isn't that a direct enough question? Or is the VO is soothsayer to predict who is or is not pregnant?.

Don't get me wrong we r humans fear and alot of factors make us deny out real intent. I think we all understand this. That's why we rather open ur eyes and lay out what u r up against.
A lot of people who didn't declare had to travel for their vacation and come back and then travel for birthing later.

Misrepresentation leads to visa cancellation and sometimes ban.

And there are people who had d visa before they got pregnant and they were still harassed embarrassed delayed and some even sent back. Just because they didn't go for their vacation and decided to go for childbirth instead.

NO OFFENSE PLS DON'T QUOTE ME IF YOU WANNA ADVISE EVERYONE GENERALLY OR JUST MAKE A GENERAL STATEMENT.

U can put that but I think u shld add vacation. For ur daughter it's vacation. To some extent for ur husband it's vacation too.
In my opinion I wld say vacation and witness / assist my wife during / after the delivery of our baby.

At 1st and 2nd interview, wasnt asked if i was preggy. At poe, was asked my purpose, told them family vacay and to have my baby. I have been honest, cant rap my finger around the refusal.

While filling the 3rd appointment, didnt feel all these poe details on the question abt immigration problems. My assumption is that immigration problems should rlate to deportation or illegal stay. Someone said i shld have. Can that be responsible?

The VO was simply pissed off because u didn't mention it during ur interview....

U can reapply and be completely honest. Carry all ur burden of proof check page 105 of part 1.
Read people's stories... A lot of people with ur same pattern... Some got and some didn't.
Recently someone said something about the VO refusing the wife and giving the husband and kid visa in an interview they all attended together and that was her 2nd or 3rd attempt Amd dey kept denying her.
Misrepresentation is serious... Even tho I might seem like a white lie to u

If u got ur visa before u got pregnant it might save u at d cbp discretion

But if u were pregnant during the interview and u said vacation instead of the truth that's misrepresentation. letter of intent might not save u o. Deportation is real.... Very real.

2nd interview: Same officer as 1st. Recognised us and confirmed we were not given because of wrong appointment date. And asked us to pick up the visas later in the week.Applied to Atlanta but on trip went to Houston as family friend in Atlanta was in 9ja at the time and had friends in Houston.

3rd interview: Lady was nasty, complained of my kids disturbing and kept on asking all questions. If i told the officers at POE that I was going to have my baby, what do I do, how much I earn, receipts, etc. Answered all. Then she asked if I was preggy at 2nd interview, said yes but didn't know at the time. Then she asked if I was preggy during the 1st said yes and that was the end of the interview.

They always ask questions like
Why are you traveling to the US?
And if u were pregnant and didn't indicate or disclose that's where dey av an issue with.
Nd u did the same thing for two visas.

At the poe did u tell them why u were in the USA when you were asked?

Fill the form but this time b honest.
And be ready to defend urself cos the questions will come up.

Be completely honest with filling the form nd with ur answers. Honestly I wish you good luck.

For visa u don't have to be present. U can use agents ( tanko or eddy) or diy

where u asked if u were pregnant or if u were going to use d visa for delivery? If yes then d change of intent won't help you. The chances of them deporting u is high. Cos that's misrepresentation.

Sometimes u wld need to prove you weren't pregnant before u got d visa... so b ready. That's if u got it and got pregnant immediately.

Meaning if I give birth after we get an invitation to apply I won't pay the $900 visa fee?
