iomoge2: Kk i would.
I lost 3kg in d last 6 weeks I guess its kk abi? I was 101kg at 22weeks, now am 98kg at 28weeks.... Even though the normal thing in our environment is eat as u like when pregnant.. When d actual thing is add 200 extra calories first trimester and 200 second trimester making it 400. Third trimester add extra 600 calories.... It's not easy to count calories... About 1,800 calories per day during the first trimester. About 2,200 calories per day during the second trimester. About 2,400 calories per day during the third trimester. But eat in moderation small meals at a time. If this is what u r doing ofcourse you'll drop weight cos ur body that's used to high caloric content doesn't get it anymore now start compensating with fat in ur body... Abeg biochemical students where una dey... It's gluconeogenesis, I think they ketogenic pathway. Make una correct me. So if u are eating healthy with What I just explained you will drop even in pregnancy. |

I just read about someone who's baby was breastfed by another person. I see different stories in clinic... Honestly it pisses me off
My Mil can't and won't allow that nonsense happen. And if it does? My husband is calm but his mother will get a piece of his mind and d cousin will also get some. That's after I have given her a piece of mine. My husband will ask his mother what she was doing when d cousin was doing it?
Let me start with d cousins diet .. What did she eat or drink that day? Or how long ago she washed the bra she wore Or if she even took her bath If her nipple is clean Was she sweating Hmmmm alot is just going through my mind God bless my sils I will just leave this battle for them... They will tear d cousin apart...
Mils are stubborn, some are nice but even with their niceness they like to do what dey did years ago. I particularly I'm not of d opinion to kiss d floor my Mil walks on or be extra careful / gentle bla bla as if she's my God. we r adults, we r civil, I cannot be bullied. it's unhealthy to b afraid of another person.
I'm outspoken, I can b politely rude... I have my rules for my child and I will politely tell u and if u do otherwise I will frown and tell u again.. I will ensure u see me frown... (Considering I'm practically almost always smiling) Because the third time Hmmm Oh well let's pray u never experience it. When it comes to my baby I'm a lioness and even my Mil knows... She threads carefully. If ur kids have cough I back my baby and he remains there and I will tell u plainly cos d fact is u r a mother and u know cough and catrrh is contagious. Even my mother or Mil cannot touch my son if they have cold. Their statement will b " I don't want madam to speak English or start lecturing me about diseases"
My husband will ask if I washed my hands before I wanna feed my own child then it's his cousin that will put nipple in his mouth...
Hell will let loose. |

Where are the lawyers
Is this even legal to hold a pregnant woman that long. Or to deport a pregnant woman? What about emotional trauma. Or stress induced htn or problems related to pregnancy... I know it's their right they determine who enters... But is this legal? |

This is third hand poe Gist as it happened to a friend's friend. In no particular order
After pleasantries...
Cbp why are you here Lady to have my baby Cbp how long do I intend to stay Cbp where wld u be staying Cbp how much do u have on u Cbp I'm sending you over to bla bla then he calls someone who then took her.
After pleasantries U got ur visa in January for vacation and didn't use it why? Lady. because work wldnt let me Cbp. He got so pissed and said that's what you all say. If it's not ur work it's your husband's job or u feel ill and cldnt travel. Now you will show me the change of intent letter. Do u know that's a generic response? Lady. No I didn't. Cbp. Have u contacted a Dr Lady. Yes and she hands over her correspondence From Dr F Cbp. In d whole of Houston is this Dr d only Dr there Lady. No but I like his reviews Cbp. Leaves and comes back with 2 other people They now search her bags and stuffs with her. They start questioning her asking same questions in different ways. Next thing they gave her her stuffs and they Told her to follow one guy like that. She was put with other people. Not aware of what and why she's there after like one hour she asked the other pregnant women there. It was at that point she realized she was being deported. And there were not less than 6 or 7 pregnant women there. They called her again to sign something which she refused Before u know their flight was ready that's how she got back to Naija. It was then she saw her visa had been cancelled. She has a UK visa so she went to the UK a week later to have her baby. Donno if she has given birth yet. |

But if u can't that's not ur fault. Be prepared and go. Remember the saying "if God be for us" |

Dwebb55: I used flexible dates for late October to early January and was able to get #815k for 3 people(1child) which is like #270k per person. However, if you get any fare less than #300k right now, I feel that's a great deal as the nearest is like #400k per person! Oh how I get. The child is just 10 percent of one person (I guess)... Thanks alot dear |
