Good job Op. While not supporting lackadaisical and non challant attitudes, it is pertinent to note that most of the customer service personnels are CONTRACT STAFF with Bsc. They work with Same Bsc holders who are fortunate to be full staff of the bank and earn three times of what the contract staff earns which is rampant in Skyebank. Note also that most of the jobs are done by the contract staff. There is frustration and no job satisfaction, hence they transfer aggression to customers. Whilst not supporting such acts, management of banks should come up with a more robust welfare package for contract staff who are Bsc holders.

It should. Arik Air treats its Nigerian Staff with Disdain. They value their expatriate staff over their Nigeria Staff even though the do same work. An expatriate pilot in wrks for just six months but gets paid for a full year while the same Nigeria Pilot with Arik Air works for twelve months. Their Cabin crew are been sacked just anyhow, yet they are been owed seven months salaray. No Insurance cover for them, Their pension been deducted from their salaries are not remmitted to any Pension fund. They do not have pension account. Their health scheme has been withdrawn and they work in very inhumane conditions. I am privy to this information because i have an insider there.
