People age! You don't get to live life backwards! Life is declining from our birth! Age is the path to declining. I appreciate the motivation speech but nature doesn't care for it. We are born to die!

Well here you are engaging a good example. Today I look so much younger, stronger and mentally sharp than I was in my 20”s, but all this didn’t come easy, I had to work my ass off for it. I will advise all men in their 20’s to focus more on taking care of themselves, than being in a relationship or early career. Know yourself first and everything follows. You see that thing called sex? It ages men faster than anything and weakens the bone and mind, remain celibate till marriage or control it extremely to the barest minimum as a man, it’s for your own good. This isn’t any motivational speech, I’m speaking from personal experience.

I beg to differ. Everything declines only when you stop developing ur self. Stagnation causes decline.

If you are a man above 30 and unmarried, I have a hack for u to shortcut all those mid life crisis and literally rewind back your years, looking younger and feeling fresher as you age. But only for the unmarried folks. I am over 30 and I don’t experience any of the complains most talk about, my only challenge now is mastering forex and driving bolt as a side hustle. I am making plans to create the best environment for my future kids to thrive. God help us men.

At this stage of my life I’m crazy about fitness and exercise and I’m aiming for a 4month continuous workout where I will split the month into 4weeks and I take each week to work on each part of my body. I’m already two weeks gone,
week 1 I worked on chest ✅
Week 2 legs ✅
Week 3 Abs ✅
Week 4 back n shoulders ✅.
Everyday except on saturdays n sundays. Let’s get fit together and forget about the girls. Use this time to create a hobby that you can live with for life.
