Pls I don't know if it's because of many years of being an introvert that causes this problem that is affecting because i am always weak I can't run raise my voice. Well here you are engaging a good example. Today I look so much younger, stronger and mentally sharp than I was in my 20”s, but all this didn’t come easy, I had to work my ass off for it. I will advise all men in their 20’s to focus more on taking care of themselves, than being in a relationship or early career. Know yourself first and everything follows. You see that thing called sex? It ages men faster than anything and weakens the bone and mind, remain celibate till marriage or control it extremely to the barest minimum as a man, it’s for your own good. This isn’t any motivational speech, I’m speaking from personal experience.
