Though one bro, cos the invited has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he/she is going back to Nigeria ie strong ties, and its not that straight 4ward telling the ECO that you are sponsoring somebody who has no income from nigeria for holiday in the Uk whilst you live in the UK.But in all you can still go ahead, you just need loads of support from school.

I know really tough, what about a letter or letters from a company saying they agree to employe the person for the duration of the NYSC, as in they will like to have the person serve with them for nysc. the student will be graduating by end of novemeber but their call up will be around that march april time, so just 3weeks holiday in between= as graduation gift

How easy is it to invite someone that will be graduating soon this year for holiday in the UK? she obviously has no job, but she want to go for visit/holiday before NYSC

The person inviting is also a young dude permanent resident and got a permanent job? What strong ties can she use as proof?

The person iniviting just finished university also less than 2 years , just started working decent job so no much saving and shares a 1 bed flat with someone
the student will be finishing university this year waiting for service next year, her brother has a business so he can sponsor her but convincing the officers she will go back for her nysc is the main issue

No specific ammount, all the person needs is to be able to prove 1 his/her Income,2prove of address 3 is legally resident .The rest erm the ornus is then down to the invited to prove

a) A student in a private uni, still in school,personal account almost zero but family account/assets very buoyant
b) a recent state university graduate awaiting NYSC call up, can get family members financials as sponsors

While the world has been focusing on Daegu for World Athletics Champs, a bigger sports event is taking place in Africa. It is the African Olympics. The games officially kicked off yesterday in Maputo, and so far, South Africa has won 4 medals at least. Nigeria should normally hit the medals table soonest even though our stronger sports were 'omitted' by the organizers. Anyone with news or updates can post it here.
I can confirm that Nigerian Female volleyball team has qualified for the semi final and one win from a sure medal.
The male counterpart lost to Kenya in their opening match and have recovered with a win in their 2nd game.
Nigeria's high medal hopes are in the Female sprints, Relay, Table tennis (Toriola/Merotoun still going strong), we have a few promising Boxers even though female boxing isnt allowed yet.
BTW A promising female boxing talent to watch out for is Kehinde Obareh in the 60kg category. A very lovely lady who isnt being fully supported by Nigerian govt.

You dont even have your full tuiton fees, Who will pay for your accommodation? Many international student always assume they will get a job immediately they register at university- very optimistic way of looking at it. You can end up six months without a part time job, how will you feed you wife and kid?

I think in hind sight, i would rather build a small low key hostel with minimal investment before doing a big one that cost over 25million.

i have a friend that did one in Ekiti state (dunno the exact location), he spent about 6million in total for a basic face me face you hostel (21rooms), and he gets about 900k per year, which i think is good enuf.

sounds very good to me, starting out small and growing is a wise decision
