cherechy and edo girl position suggest they are members of the profession that touts themselves as learned. I do not begrudge the various ethos that all profession in the world over hold in high esteem but issues of public interest cannot for any reason become a personal/secret matter. See Yaradua deteriorating health vs Nigerians. Medically, no patients health should be made available. Similar exception can be found in the banking sector. Bottomline, as much as i may not be a fan of keyamo, i failed to identify where he goofed on this. Benin girl and Chicharito may wish to enlighten us all |

Unless Our security forces eliminate all living members and offspring of Boko haram, Govt must pursue sincerely the dialogue option because the situation is deep rooted. Skimming the surface would be to kill a few of them. No one never knows how much sympathy and followership they have recieved over the years, My 5cents |

for me, its japanese or no other vehicle yet i wont pay more than 2m for this ride some people are selling for 1.9m even on this thread |
1.5m, what do u say? |
sir, tokunbo of this car goes for 1.950m whats ur plan? |
i have been thinking for a while about the annual rate of depreciation chargeable on cars used in Nigeria. Here is my story, I tried to sell a 2001 Camry bought last year that clocked a year some weeks back. The price offered by prospective buyers was worrying viz a viz the purchase cost. 1.3M car now being priced for 800k after a year! Eventually sold it for 850k. Mathematically, that is approx 35% off the purchase cost. It is noteworthy that there was no damage of any sort apart from the bruises suffered by the bumpers(minor). In accounting, we charge 25% as yearly depreciation. A new vehicle after four years has just been given birth to i dare say I understand that as a car grows older, the rate may perhaps increase marginally but 35% is way too high Buying a car is not an investment at all! Lately, i have been thinking of applying the same strategy in buying a car. look for my choice car and buy 'a year used' model thereby making the owner suffer for the 35% depreciation rate. Bright idea? |
