how can someone equate profit with interest The use of fund is not free and it comes at a cost. While you will be right to say there is no free money, it is bereft of logical reasoning to say interest and profit mean the same. INTEREST: Interest is a charge on loan. it applies at a fixed percentage on the principal sum and it is payable regardless of profitability. wether you make profit or not, you are obliged to redeem the principal sum plus the accrued interest. Usually, a loan is collaterised. The implication is that once a borrower fails to pay, the lender will make recourse to the borrower security(asset) PROFIT SHARING: How do i explain this simple, self explaining, unambigous terminology? An entrepreneur comes to an islamic bank with a good proposal which they peruse. If they find it worthy, the project is financed If the business makes a profit, the amount is shared based on an agreed ratio and vice versa se ko yato? |

Hi all I will keep this as concise as possible. We took delievery of a 2000 honda accord car in the month of May.This car is super clean inside and out. The paint shines so brighlty while the leather seat are as immaculate as anything. And whats more? a low mileage at 59,000 to match This state of super clean led to doubts in some quarters about the genuity of the vehicle. I decided to do a check here on autos section immediately. I just got a report (on page 25 of free vin check thread. top most reply by inspired) showing the last odometer reading was 119,177! Should i say am surprised? not actually. I am disappointed however. The odometer has been obviously tampered with. We source our cars from a woman we trust so very much.Am curious though, could she have ordered for the roll back and why? we didnt give an odometer specification. The odometer roll back was also not reported. does that imply it was done in Nigeria? Please keep the comments flowing in |

In life, there are varying standards. Reading through sam's article, i felt ecstatic. Such ecstasy stems from my appreciation of a beautiful write up. I barely saw any error. Aribisala has come to point out mistakes and personally feels sam does not deserve the accolades he is been inundated with. Regradless of aribisala's sentiment, he has shown that there were errors. I think he is making a point in this regard. |

someone just bought a black baby boy, 2000 model (full option) and it looks quite immaculate. clean on the inside and the outside. My first impression was, this car has been repainted. Then i looked at the leather seat and it didnt look lke they were replaced. they had marks on some part but it was also looking clean. not torn and not brand new then the low mileage at 59000. most of my friends think it must have been rolled back. how do i confirm? here is the VIN: JHMCG6686YC033179 Inspired, siena et al, you have the floor.
