Use an app to track it with ur name and passport number. Perhaps, don’t waste your money because those people won’t give you straight answer.

I'm on it but I tried using my master card for payment, av entered the necessary things but displaying :The Security Code(CV2) is required but no icon to type the cv2 code..

When did you biometrics?
Use the web platform through computer and check if your application has been transferred and received by VAC.

There are six stages if you use the web platform to check.

See attached below as an example:

my biometric was on 4th of October

Passport Collection Email: 18th November

Please someone should come to my rescue. I applied through an agent and I submitted in Abuja on 4th October and received decision mail on 22nd. Till now, I haven’t get my passport back and my agent keeps telling me the passport is not ready yet but I don’t believed him anymore because he used his own email to booked my appointment and it difficult for me to track application my self. Please, is there anyway or anyhow I can know the status my self. I have the confirmation booking appointment with me.

Have exactly same issue, did biometric on same 4th October at abj, up till now haven't gotten any feedback from my agent.
