No that's not the point. opening balance is not necessary equal to closing balance.
See th attached sample statement.

1st day 12th of July this a day after the POF was met a transaction was don as seen on the statement.

28th day which is 8th of August a transaction was done too. Then this stament was printed on th 29th day for visa application.

For people that contacted me privately I always mention that they ensure that the transaction of the 1st and 28th day must reflect on the statement. I had also mentioned that on this platform but some people said it doesn't matter. Now we can see. Better safe than sorry!!!!!

Good day guys. If you're considering making use of any bank for Form A payment, consider making use of Titan Trust Bank. I think it's one of these new numerous banks like Globus Bank. You can either open an account with them or make use of someone's account that has a bank with them. They'll debit your account the same day, and sometimes, they even debit it before you leave the bank lol. Used dem to pay for house rent recently. A friend used them to pay for Form A and even house rent as well. Always check them out for those of you that need yours processed ASAP.

I think it's best to call late into the night, I called them a little after 12am to find out if a decision has been made on my application and my 1k credit burnt because there was no agent available

I then waited till about 12:30 am and tried (loaded another 1k) again, this time I was connected to an agent in less than a minute after the normal auto formalities.

So if you are online now, make a call.

Please permit me to ask another question. At the point of paying IHS surcharge fees for a child dependant i am asked to "add main persons visa expiry date". The main applicant and the whole family is applying together so there is no visa yet to quote an expiry date. Please how do go about this.

Will sincerely appreciate contributions from people who have been is similar situation.

I can't confirm this but based on what I've read here, it can be amended by the TLS guys on the day of biometrics

You can prepare a letter indicating the error and get it uploaded.

Refer to Ribabu(f): 9:39am On Aug 03 page 742 to avoid a scenario like this

Yes , she must use the assisted service. Once you pay for assisted service online you do not have the option to self upload, carry all necessary documents for scanning and checklist to tls

So, sum up the living cost of the main applicant, the dependent and what’s left of the fees. Total of about £33,125. Use oando fx to get the naira equivalent and ensure to hold the money for not less than 28days..

Please I'm confused about exchange rate for Proof of fund, i need to show £17,000 for POF.

How do I calculate this:
1. 17,000 X 568 = N 9,662,860 (official rate Oanda' calculator)
Uk uses oanda rate but you can add additional 50-80 naria incase of fluctuation.. You never can tell...
2. 17,000 X 700 = N 11,900,000 (parallel 'black market' rate)

I'm really confused about what rate I'm work towards.
