Thanks for all you do on this page.
I just received a mail on my Visa Refusal.

The reason for refusal was because company's statement of account does not carry my sponsorship name.

I submitted my Dad's company statement of account and a supporting letter from the bank indicating he his the sole signatory to the account.

I would like to apply for an administrative review. What are the likely supporting evidence i should submit along with it.

Family of 4, 3 of us had our applications moved to vac today, left with a child. All 3 got the brp mail 2 days ago. Dunno what’s delaying my toddler’s application

Renewed passports have the number of old passports written in them. Not that it would have the same number. It will have its number and the old passport number printed in it.

The new passport can't have same passport number with the old passport..

You can as well make a note of this while filling ur visa application form., but I don't you av any issue with that..

Dear Basirat, I'm only giving my 2 cents because of the child you're carrying. You have two options here.

1. The same way he obtained that marriage certificate, he should obtain divorce papers for the said marriage. Get married to you and obtain a real certificate and submit the divorce and marriage certificates to the Home Office sometime next year. The divorce certificate should be backdated to say July or August of this year. Get married in December or later than December so that it would not raise suspicions. If you'd have to come back to get married, then do it.

2. He should obtain a death certificate (the same way he obtained that marriage certificate) for the nonexistent wife, get married to you and submit the certificates during his application - next year too.

You must not tell the Home Office that your fiance provided them with fake marriage documents, no matter the circumstances. The moment you lie (with proof) in your visa application, make sure you maintain that lie forever.

Please I need sincere advice about this. My fiance applied for a UK visit visa recently with the help of an agent and the application was denied based on him not able to prove that he will return after his visit and he was not banned. The agent submitted that he was married with a kid and include a fake religion marriage certificate and birth certificate and in the real sense he was not. We are doing our court wedding this week and he can apply has my dependant by November to join over. I have my visa already and will be traveling next week. how Can we go about the other marriage certificate included in his application and the fake name included. Thank you God bless you all

Your partner wants to implicate himself, you said he recently applied, my advice is let him not apply this year, maybe early next year and sort out the previous fake marriage as provided in his previous application by legitimately seeking divorce through legal means....If not he might be denied again or even banned for forging of documents.. My opinion though...

When the child bis born, get h/her passport I'm london. As for the dependency I don't think you will have to file since she is gonna be born in UK.

Also after three months you will pay for child ihs fee and add the child as you dependent.

Maybe they are verifying one or two of ur documents, try and contact ur bank to see if they av requested for verification of ur pof, cos same thing happened to my wife..

I can confirm for UBA dollar Africard. But it has a limit of $2,500/24hrs for web payment. If your visa and IHS cost and maybe priority is below $2,500 after conversion from GBP then you can make all payment the same day otherwise you will have to wait after 24hrs to continue when you exceed$2,500.

Monthly limit is $10,000.

Pls is it naria or dollar that will be funded in the account?

- They only need documents in A4 (for easy scanning) so make photocopies of all documents, you can make colored copies where necessary or convenient.

- Yes, you need a dollar account (dom) to get a dollar card and you can pay IHS and visa fee through that card because there is a limit of about $4k

Pls what if the person did self upload but the documents are not in A4, but like it original size and shape... Is anything wrong with that?
