1- Fast on a Thursday.

2- Thursday night wake up after midnight, make
wudu ‘, pray two rak`ats .

3- Write on a piece of paper verse 9:129
ﻓَﺈِﻥ ﺗَﻮَﻟَّﻮْﺍْ ﻓَﻘُﻞْ ﺣَﺴْﺒِﻲَ ﺍﻟﻠّﻪُ ﻻ ﺇِﻟَـﻪَ ﺇِﻻَّ ﻫُﻮَ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﺗَﻮَﻛَّﻠْﺖُ
ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﺭَﺏُّ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺮْﺵِ ﺍﻟْﻌَﻈِﻴﻢِ

4- Recite it thirty times. Each time you recite it,
say this du`a :

The reason for his France form is he being surrounded by players who are good at serving a target man striker a last touch goal in the box, unlike Arsenal's tradition of playing along with the 3 forwards behind you.
