This is some great news coming out of Nigeria.

The grinding conflict between the Nigerian state and Boko Haram insurgents has exacted a devastating human and economic toll over the past six years.
But for Nigeria's first car manufacturer, the crisis may represent an opportunity.
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) recently announced a partnership deal with Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing (IVM), which will see the company supply spare parts for jets conducting airstrikes against the insurgents.
"The ingenious effort by IVM is instrumental to the continued operation of the Alpha Jets," NAF spokesperson Ayodele Famuyiwa said of the deal. "IVM helped to save the day when help was not forthcoming from abroad."

I will always say something. The major problem of a typical anambra person is inferiority complex and insecurity. They must always argue aggressively over nonsense. I believe that some mods on this nairaland are on the payroll of the anambra state government. To be sincere...what exactly do u need an airport for? There are three airports surrounding there, no matter which side y are going to in anambra. Asaba, enugu and owerri. Aba market is even the main production market in the southeast and that area might even be in more need for an airport than anambra, but typical abia ppl dont make noise and they are quite reasonable ppl.inferiority complex shows on al of u everytime u open ur mouth in public. You all just want an airport simply because u want to brag u have an airport and NOTHING ELSE!!!see them bragging as usual, when it is known that more than half of the traders on onitsha are not even from anambra. They will claim that they built lagos, then will also claim that they built anambra. It is natural for onitsha to have such economic values, becos it is close to the sea/port. Its just like lagos indigenes bragging that they built lagos, simply because of the geographical advantage of lagos over other sw states. I have noticed that whenever a post is made about another southeast governor/state, anambra ppl will hijack the tread nd insult that state/governor. Unfortunately, the indigenes of that state will never defend their state (well it could be because they are not jobless or insecure). Believe me, with these anambra ppl, biafra is just a waste of time. Because, they are a bunch of uncivilized, noise making braggarts, and whn/if biafra is actualised, they will turn themselves into nuisances. Abiriba ppl in abia state ARE the richest set of Igbos (quote me anywhere), but u dont hear noise from them. Even Delta and Imo ppl have lots of billionaires, but they do not make noise because there are many civilized and secure ppl from there. They do not feel the need to brag anyhow to show their wealth. I am thru with my epistle, dont bother menstruating under my comment.i wont reply u...no time at all..
