No it won't, it will make it just right. Remember serums are not meant to be applied directly to the skin so Shea butter will lock in the moisture and make the oil work, pay particular attention to your joints though and monitor your Shea butter to serum ratio so you don't end up with yellow feet.

The lemon and Shea butter should do the trick over time but I suggest you scrub first with Tawas powder and Bicarbonate of Soda first.

I also disagree on Shea butter, I have natural hair that is locked and the secret for my luxurious and manageable hair is a Shea butter based product so I guess your hair type matters.
I also noticed Shea butter got rid of my scaly scalp.

I went through the braids phase too but I realised early that only Kinky braids worked for my hair type so I stuck with it.
Then I locked my hair about 4 years ago so I now have dreadlocks which are well past my shoulders now. I was my hair at least once a week and I condition each time.
I apply a whipped Shea butter mix I get in Ibadan to my hair daily; it helps keep my scalp itch free, my hair soft and under control. It also helps grow my hair and prevent my edges from receding
I used to relock every other week when my hair was shorter but now I can push for once in 6 weeks.
I love changing my hair color from time to time but I only use the Dark and Lovely Hair color

Try to take better care of your hair now using products designed specifically for natural hair e.g- Cantu
Also as much as possible slow down on the braids and apply dyes with caution- I have had natural hair for about 6yrs now and the only dye I have found safe is Hair Intensity with Olive Oil by Dark and Lovely

How can u advise that she uses koji san as well as a lotion that contains hydroxyl acids?which part did you miss on the fact that her skin is damaged and you are advising her to use those products?......My dear pls dont even argue with me as am presently doing course in skin care in an institution in uk, and finished one some months back.

please desist from what you clearly have no knowledge on and dont fool your self that you do. No dermatologist will give such an advice
