I just realised I have been using steriods as part of my regimen for years and they are the major reasons for the changes in my skin..
If u have any advice on getting my skin thicker and less reactive, please do well to help ouut

You need to stay away from exfoliating and lightening agents for sometime and skin build with moisturizers and natural oils and butters till you see changes.

I have locks too and this is what I use to maintain it.

This mix worked wonders for my hair

For soap, I suggest you alternate between an exfoliant i.e Kojie san, Gluta soap, arbutin soap, etc and a mild soap so you don't over exfoliate
