Excluding paying my staffs salaries; I spend 45k Naira weekly..

At times I feel like I'm not in dis world any more or maybe it's because I am an undergraduate I don't know. I hardly see food to eat, talk more of having all these amounts they are calling here.

First Question: it means, I "need". As in, I must have credits in English Language and four other Subjects.

However, this is damage control by the Lagos state government. They keep claiming oblivity of any negative occurrences so as to hide their incompetence and ineptitude. The govt officials already received bribes and asked the developers to work, and when things go south, they claim ignorance. They should keep playing with human lives
