I think God will answer the Christian who speak loud and pray. The bible says the fervent prayer of the righteous availeth much, and there is power in our tongues.
we can use our tongue to make much things happen rather than stressing ourselves to do the work.
That is why, in our church we don't believe in hospital. When you are sick just open your mouth and speak the word, by his stripes we are healed

that place is not even heaven but new Jerusalem. it was said to come out of HEAVEN from God(Rev 21:2). The people will walk by the light of this city and her glory, they(the kings of the earth) will bring their honour and glory into it. secondly, some scriptures of the bible are indirect speech, they used fictions to represent true life situations.we are to take the true life situations what the fictions represent and not the fictions themselves. the fictions were meant to describe. one example is the 2 corinthians 12:2 you quoted, saying, such one caught up to the third heaven.
The true representation of THE THIRD HEAVEN their is not somewhere beyond the clouds, it represent JESUS IN YOU, so the kingdom of God is in you, here on earth.
This is what most christians don't know.
Also, all Jesus parables were fictions, including revelation of John, they all represent real life situations on earth. Jesus himself took time to explain what one of his parable represent.
So, we should go for the reprentations and not the fictions

By mentioning HEAVEN,what comes into the modern day christian mind is some spiritual realm beyond the clouds. But is this the bibles view about heaven? Take a look at this
Luke 19:11 says And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God(heaven) should immediately appear.
this shows that people had a wrong view about heaven in those days.
The same thing is applied to this modern day christians.
They fantasized of heaven or some realm beyond the clouds meanwhile, heaven is right inside them.
the implication of this is, they will take a lot of things on earth forgranted and wil never work hard and fight for their right

what is this that Paul meant to be third heaven in
2 Corinthians 12:2, I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth such an one caught up to the THIRD HEAVEN .
Is this third heaven not paradise, a dwelling place of God where we will go after rapture?
