The 'gbaju e' man has nothing to offer.. Nigerians should reject him. The only thing he is after is to push his Igbo ethnic domination agenda on other Nigerians which will spell do.0m for him and his people. You can see how he is running helter skelter over another person's property in Lagos, acting in a reckless manner, is that the kind of person that will become President? |
They should go ahead and give the busiest airport in Nigeria proper facelift.. since those ones have refused to use the Ebonyi airport built by Umahi, then money should be spent on the Lagos airport to make it standard. |
You can as well ask your co-travellers to move Lagos away from its position and take it far away from the ocean. Nigeria relies on Lagos and by extension South West for survival.. the State is paying dearly for it till date, lots of illegal migrants, increased crime rates and disorderliness, you name it. Lagos has become a shadow of itself as a result of leadership failure that allowed every tom, dick and harry access to the State. Those who came to ste.al and destroy. |
APC should give its 2031 ticket to a Yoruba person from North Central (Kwara or Kogi) or an Igbo person.. let's see what the so called Northern politicians like Ndume, El-rufai etc. will do then. PDP too should zone its 2031 ticket to South, so North will be left with ADC or NNPP. PBAT must complete 8years just like Buhari did.. anything short of that is a big NO for South especially South West. |
I might not be perfect, but I always thank God for my 'straightness'.. it's man to woman by the natural order, anything outside that is mental illness. |
The Government should do more in the aspect of national orientation.. certificates alone won't put food on your table, get skills, learn a craft or arts etc. that can make you an entrepreneur and employer of labour.. Gone are the days when son of a nobody can get jobs easily after graduation, nowadays it's by who you know or who your father is. Look for something you can engage yourself in.. if it's leather works e.g shoes, bags or fashion design. So many opportunities are available that people overlook.. agriculture, fish farming, pig farming, snail farming etc. For that fresh graduate seeing this, get something doing and learn a skill.. you can get BOI or BOA loans to set up your business. If atal you want to export, go to NEPC and seek guidance. The African market (about 54 countries) needs you. Lastly, you must be willing to leave your comfort zone.. we know the country isn't that safe in terms of security but people are still moving around.. the more reason we want PBAT to deal with insecurity squarely. |
That's because the pot shares similarities with Ojukwu's big round head.. nothing dey inside. Some folklores claim Ojukwu transformed into something of that nature during the civil war, yet he was no match for the Black Scorpion. |
I wonder why people are surprised over what this notorious ethno-religious bi.got does with his money. The bigot won't sell his imported junks to only Igbos, but can make donations to only igbos. If he likes, let him empty his account on donations to South East, that's his cup of tea.. Nigeria needs a unifier not notorious ethnic big.ots |
I pity Northern politicians honestly.. the embers of division they are stoking in Nigeria will affect them in future elections. They should not forget that even Buhari with his popularity and 12 million Northern votes could not win presidential election till the oga patapata of politics in Nigeria (PBAT) gave him backing. The silence of South is not fo.olishness.. time shall tell. |
The Minister of Health should get proactive and resolve whatever issue they have in the Heath sector.. not everyone can fly abroad to treat headache, those we have looking after our well-being here should not be toyed with. |
OkayDaddy:Not unity per se.. they want a return to status quo before Ahmadu Bello came and opened eyes of Northern people to their attrocities. Unfortunately, the ship has since sailed.. no going back to that era of Igbos marginalizing Northerners in the North. |
lexy2014:It's an unwritten gentleman's agreement between North and South.. they know, just as we know. Any deviation from that agreement will be perceived as betrayal. |
When people start seeing your civility for weakness, then you must change strategy to correct the wrong perception. Of course those other parties perceiving you as weak will be forced to have a re-think. That is the case for some people as we speak, they are still in shock about the awareness growing among Yorubas today. It's on record that Yorubaland has played host to so many ethnicities and tribes in Nigeria who live and co-exist peacefully with their host. It's also on record that Yorubaland is the most religious tolerant region in Nigeria where people from different faiths meet, fall in love and get married. PBAT is a good example, a Muslim married to Christian. Yorubas no get problem o, but when one problem decides to show face, it will meet bigger problem. Lastly, Yorubaland is not for sale.. I can't recall seeing any publication that placed "for sale" on Yoruba lands, most especially Lagos State. Lagos State is not for sale.. a word is enough for the wise. |
I support FULL takover of Lagos State by Yorubas who are the rightful owners of the entire South West region. It's the carelessness of our people that made a certain group even conceive the thought of attacking Lagos under guise of EndSars.. no part of the North was torched by the n.ever-do-wells, not even Abuja that has diverse population. Only Lagos got razed down in the sense.less attacks, shows Yotubas were doing something terribly wrong at that time. |
This is no news na.. it's the crimes and insecurity that is making them flee the region in droves onto South West and of recent Asaba in Delta State and even Edo State. When you see all their comments on social media, you'd think they have sense but check underneath the cloak of deceit they wear, you'd be disappointed. Had it been Yorubas didn't embrace peace, will the Igbos be flocking into South West en masse where their safety isn't guaranteed?. Obviously not. |
Words of wisdom from SGF Akume.. Buhari completed his 8 years before takiing a bow, same way PBAT must complete 8 years before power will shift elsewhere. |
The West is not in support of the 'land grabbing' bill, same way the North won't support it.. What do you want the minority ethnic groups to do, especially the loud m.ouths in the Niger Delta always looking for special favours from the FG, NDDC & SSDC for same region whereas South West that generates far more revenue than South South has only one. Kudos to everyone who voiced out against the bill.. it's anti-democratic, pro-division amongst other ills.. Let everybody go and face their home region and develop the place, you won't get indigene benefits where your forefathers didn't originate from, if you like stay 100,000 years there. |
That has been their modus operandi.. setting up illegal settlements and colonies in other people's lands. They'll get to a place and start bringing their people so they will swell in numbers and form colonies for themselves.. next is to start provoking the natives they met in the land and start claiming majority status, so all the political offices meant for the indigenes should be surrendered to them. Yorubas don't do that, neither do Hausas.. it's only Igbos that are fond of such. They don't integrate too, always looking for ways to seek dominance instead of collaborating peacefully with their host community. This is the summary of what is happening in Ghana, South Africa and other parts protesting against Nigerian immigrants. |
Ijoba85:That guy is not up and doing atal.. if not for Yorubas that voted for him en masse for second term, that o.mo ale descendant of returnee slave who might not even be from Nigeria would have defeated him had it been the outsiders were given free hand. I expected the Lagos Governor to go on massive 'thank you' policy reforms and put Yorubas first in Lagos.. but no, they are busy doing 'welcome everybody' this and that. The reason Yorubas won't abandon Speaker Obasa till tomorrow is because of his passion to protect Yoruba interests, unlike the others. The perpetual enemies of Yoruba people targeted two politicians prior to the 2023 elections in their hate campaigns.. PBAT and Sanwo Olu. One os.u female monkey was even caught wishing harm on Sanwo Olu's family till she ran when Yorubas rose up against her.. atohunriwa ti o mo aye ara e. |
This statement of Ali Modu Sheriff is wrong.. Igbos are not more than Hausas in Lagos. From my evidence-based research, it turns out Southerners from other States outside South West are collectively referred to as Igbos, I mean those from Rivers, Akwa-Ibom, Cross Rivers etc. Most Yorubas can't even tell which is which until they reveal their ethnic group. The failure of leadership in Yorubaland caused the outcome of 2023 presidential elections in Lagos. It was still same failure of leadership that made a certain group attack Lagos under guise of EndSars. The moment Yorubas rose up, they fled back to their holes. How Yoruba leaders kept quiet and allowed Obi perpetrate his religious bigotry and campaign of calumny in Yorubaland saddens me till tomorrow. Ahh, Yorubas got me heartbroken beyond words. A large chunk of our people went to the polls and voted blindly for a failure with no achievements whatsoever to his name because of what fake pastors said on their pulpits. |
Okay let's break it down.. In every committee, there is usually a Chairman and Co-Chair who coordinates the committee activities. It doesn't mean other members are not important, it just means one figure to conduct things and make sure the committee's goals and objectives are met. Ohanaeze coming out to tribalize this issue is totally uncalled for. |
10,000 likes for Reno.. please educate the covetous m.ofos spreading falsehood everywhere in order to rewrite the history of Yorubas and Lagos for their evil expansionist agenda. Our forefathers built Western region including Lagos that they are desperate to steal.. it's now our prerogative to keep our ancestral lands preserved from external b.arawo b.anzas |
Federal Capital moved to Abuja since over 3 decades now, you'll never see or hear them call Abuja a no man's land because of fear of the Northerners.. that fear is real I kid you not. Since the July, 1966 Northern counter coup that ended Igbos expansionist agenda in Nigeria and the subsequent civil war from1967 - 1970, the Igbos don't go beyond their boundary in the North. The only time you see them having mouth is when they get to South West. I don't know what they view Yorubas as, but it's definitely in a degrading manner, yet the Igbos have been the biggest beneficiaries of Yoruba benevolent nature. Most of their successful sons and daughters cut their teeth from Yorubaland, most were born and bred in the West yet they always have this enmity and deep seated hatred for Yorubas anywhere they go. I have been saying it here that Yorubas need to take back Lagos fully.. the FG handed Lagos Island (which served as FCT) back to LASG when Capital moved to Abuja, any visitor that wants FCT treatment should move to Abuja, not Lagos where such status no longer exist. This is just common sense.. Yorubas must take charge of our destinies going forward just like it was back then during regionalism before Aguiyi Ironsi came and abolished it. For crying out loud..Yorubas already had TV station in Ibadan, skyscraper and all sorts of advancements even before most countries in Europe dreamt of such. Now imagine if Yorubas had a separate nation of their own, separate from Nigeria. That nation would have been the undisputed giant of the whole Africa today. |
I think the first and most appropriate thing to do is to raise alarm.. like you'd do when you catch a thief that broke into your house. Let people gather and make sure you take photo or video evidence of the scene. Then terminate the marriage. A cheating spouse (male or female) can kill you.. don't wait till they kill you before you flee because after you die, she'll still fvck around. Jejely send her packing, let her go and enjoy her lover(s) the way she wants. |
Woow.. mo fo o. This is a masterstroke from the master strategist PBAT himself. Walahi this man was picked by the Almighty to rescue Nigeria. The value of naira will increase if the policy is judiciously implemented. |
Nnamdi Azikiwe used the same incoherent non.sense in the early days of Nigeria when he made frantic attempts to become Premier over Yorubas in Yorubaland without success. Yorubas have woken up from deep slumber.. our people are now fully alive to their responsibilities. |
Ahmadu Bello was the Premier of North so he spoke his mind about the attrocities of the Igbo folks in the North, how they filled themselves into all the Northern civil service, public schools etc. till he (Ahmadu Bello) came and changed everything by introducing "Northerner first and last policy". It was so bad to the point that you could get to LGA office in North and find Igbo secretary there (what will never happen in the East). Where will the Hausa even see job to do in Igboland?. Akintola who was Premier in the West voiced out against similar thing Ahmadu Bello complained about, how Igbos were filling all the jobs in Western region with their Igbo people, all the Unis in Western region had Igbo VCs with employment ratio of 95:5 in favour of Igbos. The man started the "Yoruba ronu" call that has now gained traction today among Yoruba conservatives They were everywhere, in everyone's space, yet they locked their own region with giant padlock that no tribe could access talk more of getting office jobs to do.. is that fair? Note that both Ahmadu Bello and Akintola were killed alongside other prominent Nigerians in the 15th January 1966 coup, yet they say it's not an Igbo coup. Why and how did Azikiwe escape? Yorubas must ronu o.. this cheating can't continue. Let everyone go and fix their region and stop looking for avenue to disenfranchise other people in their ancestral lands. |
Princewell2012:Deep down, you know there is no hope for the coalition in 2027.. but you have to feel good by giving yourself false hope. |
kettykin:How many Yorubas are employed in Igboland?. When Abia man can't get job in Anambra State service, is it Yorubas that will now get?. How many Yorubas are employed in Igbo-owned companies compared to the millions of Igbos working in Yoruba-owned companies?. or you think employing Yoruba people as drivers and gatemen count in this context?. The topic should be.. you Igbos have finally stepped on the tiger's tail. |
Wait till they do massive retren.chment of non-Yorubas working in Lagos State service including schools, then cry us a lagoon.. It's like you don't know the meaning of "O to ge", our people are saying enough is enough. Nigeria can't be robbing South West to pay South East and Igbos will still be migrating to South West to shortchange Yorubas of the meagre resources allocated to the region (despite generating the highest revenue for FG). |
