It's wrong to say the FG can't refine petroleum.. blame the people employed to work in that national oil company who incidentally are Nigerians (not foreigners) yet mismanaging the company.
Is Saudi Aramco not doing what the NNPCL has failed woefully at?.. Saudi Aramco is like the biggest player in Oil sector globally with state-of-the-art facilities to refine crude oil and natural gas. The losers in Nigeria are busy sabotaging the system and expecting a saviour in Dangote, another monopolist with terrible business antecedents.

I think we misjudged Atiku.. Nigerians have shown to be terrible people when placed in positions of power.
So the other mallam was busy stealing and using fake production noise to deceive Nigerians.. chai, Nigeria.

Lagos was developed using cocoa money from the Western region ever before Oil was first discovered in Oloibiri (in present day Bayelsa) in commercial quantities.. Don't forget that agriculture was the bedrock of our economy before politicians abandoned it for crude oil.

You can see from Statistics that South West is still the region feeding the entire Nigeria despite all the Oil noise and whatnot from SS.

Also, Lagos was a State with just some parts serving as Federal Capital before the Capital was moved to Abuja. Ask yourself why Calabar isn't on the same level with Lagos despite being former Capital too.

Where are the family members of this Igbo woman disturbing Ondo State?.. If Yorubas react now, you'll see them crying that Yorubas hate them.
How on earth will you go and call a respected monarch in Yorubaland (Ondo) a 'Baby Oba'.. for what reasons exactly?

The Ooni of Ife, I think is the Chairman of "Yoruba Council of Obas and Chiefs" still in existence till date.. My grandpa had that book which I studied while still little. The Council extends beyond South West to parts of South South (Benin, Itsekiris, etc.) and North Central (Kwara and some Yoruba speaking parts of Kogi State).. Sultan of Sokoto is not recognized in Yoruba culture and tradition, it's the muslims that are trying to introduce what is not to Yorubaland customs. They say he is Amir, but will never ask themselves why a muslim Yoruba (maybe one of the traditional rulers) can't be Amir. They are making the exact same mistake that the Hausa people made allowing religion blindfold them to the subtle conquest of the Fulanis.

Evil prevails when good men fail to act.. this is the sad story of Northern Nigeria today.

Let's say you had about 5 guys on your case at 22 - 28yrs, expect the number to reduce to 3 or 2 or even 1 after 30yrs.

If the Northern Governors don't find solution to the Fulani killings that emanated from their region, I'm afraid more and more Northern travellers will get attacked and possibly killed in the coming months.

How can they be silent on the root cause (Fulani attacks and killings) and be demanding for swift action against the resultant effect of Fulani attrocities across the country?.. where is the sense in that?.
Nigerians should collectively demand swift action from Northern Governors as well concerning the growing insecurity spreading to other parts of the country.

Why shouldn't Nigerians blame Obi for the Ezu river killings that happened during his tenure as Governor in Anambra State?. Weren't you guys all over the internet blaming Asiwaju Tinubu (now PBAT), a private citizen residing in Lagos at the time for a massacre at Lekki tollgate that never happened, no proof, no evidence till date..

Hypocrites.. a massacre that happend in Anambra with dead bodies of over 40 Igbo youths floating in Ezu river should not be queried but an alleged massacre at Lekki that never occured could be amplified by haters of development. Only God knows how.many more they've butchered in secret in same Anambra that didn't make the news.

The only payback is to do good to others, help others who might be in need of assistance (even if you don't know them). That should do.

They need to review our constitution... let States or regions have resource control and keep whatever revenue they generate.. we are tired of the injustice where South West generates the highest revenue for FG yet receives the least share of allocations. That practice is not sustainable, it will only breed laziness like "sit at homes every Mondays" for some lazy ones because they are assured of feeding from revenue made in other regions.
Or how do you explain a region with 'sit at home every Mondays', still generates the least revenue for FG yet getting the lion share of allocations. They even have the audacity to be demanding for an additional parasite State in the region when the existing ones can't survive without free hand-outs from FG.

I love the fact that African youths are now thinking with their brain.. you see the previous generation really messed up for thinking the Western world should hold all the cards.

In order to develop Africa, we must love Africa, appreciate Africa and make Africa's development our major priority.. only then can poverty, hunger, homelessness and all sorts end in the African continent. I'm of the opinion that PBAT should retain VP Shettima in 2027 to avoid starting from scratch again.. Mr. Onanuga, advice your boss not to play into the hands of Northerners surrounding him (including the ones within APC). If peradventure he drops his current VP, the North will gang up against him to support Atiku, if Atiku can secure votes in SE and parts of SS, then he has high chance of winning in 2027.

Just watch and see how they will free these ones due to order from one big man.. it's only Southerners that are sent to jail in Nigeria, the others from North especially Fulanis can't be jailed or tried in court.

The reality of life..

You must have finance to get degrees, certifications etc.. reason class of degree isn't the true measure of a student's worth.
Some are just going through a lot, doing all they can to survive while others have peace of mind with enough support from their families.
The outcomes of the two scenarios above will be different even though the student at a disadvantage might be far more brilliant than the comfortable ones performing well in class

In summary.. life no balance.
