@OP What I see from the two pictures posted is "religious tolerance".
Don't be surprised that PBAT and his lovely wife, our dear first lady (Christian) both pray together.

The secret behind relative peace and progress in Yorubaland is "religious tolerance".. reason we are against radicals and muslim fanatics among the muslim Yorubas (that are slaves to the Soloto Caliphate) extending their extremist beliefs and views into South West.

As someone that has been to most Northern States, I do question the rationale behind likes of El-rufai trading words with the President over "bad governance".
Like Northern elites need to apologize to the rest of Nigeria for the rot and neglect in the region.

Also, PBAT should lift the directive issued to media houses to tag terrorists as bandits.. let them stop misleading the public with statements like "farmers-herders clash", there is nothing of such. what is happening is purely genocide and ethnic cleansing of indigenous Benue ethnic groups by those who seek to take over Benue lands.

Igbos and Fulanis are opposite sides of the same coin.. their own understanding of "One Nigeria" is ethnic domination over others. Most Yorubas don't know that Azikiwe wanted to make his own Igbo language the sole language for communication in the entire Southern Nigeria, thank God for sensible Yorubas like Awolowo who tackled him that Yoruba language should be the sole language spoken in the South since Yoruba population far outnumber Igbo population.

Yorubas are better by far when it comes to Governance, you don't expect brilliant minds to leave a quintessential leader like PBAT with solid track record for a failure that left absolutely nothing as legacy in Anambra.

Yorubas are tribalists according to you, yet Obi, Atiku and other candidates got sizeable amount of votes in South West.
The Igbos that are nationalists gave their own brother over 95 percent of their votes, leaving other candidates with nothing.

When we adopted this style of Government we are using, our leaders should have made provision for State Police just like the way it is in the United States of America which is made up of 50 States or thereabout . What is the difference between 50 States and 36 States + FCT?. Not much difference.
When you have State Police with strictly indigenes, it'll be more easier for the inhabitants of that State to relate with the Police Officers (State level) and share information without fear of harm. The State Police Officers can then escalate matters that require Federal attention to Federal Police.
This one you'll post people from other tribes to go and be serving as Police in a different State, some will even be hustling to get "juicy" spots to work in.

Abeg, they should restructure everything . Federal Police should be maintained, then Regional and State Police too should exist, under the broader framework of National Policing.
The Army, Navy, Airforce, Immigration and other paramilitary outfits will be solely umder Federal.

I have mixed feelings about this.. the bus terminal is not worth the President's attention.
Though we acknowledge the FCT Minister for his efforts in transforming the FCT, but the President shouldn't be the one to be commissioning bus terminals, the Senator or HoR member representing the FCT at NASS can do that.

Had it been Nigeria had strong labour unions and well enforced labour laws, someone like Dangote wouldn't have the free hand he is having today to bend laws in his favour, violating the extant labour laws of Nigeria. In case you don't know, we have "expatriate quota" stipulating the conditions to get permit to bring foreigners to work in Nigeria.
We also have local content development act which stipulates that Nigerian trained workers and graduates first before foreigners in Nigeria's work environment. There is also what we call "technology and skills transfer" which mandates companies to get Nigerians trained to man their technical operations, in situations where there are skills deficit/gap, the company must ensure that Nigerians are made to understudy the foreigners in order for them to gain the experience to run the business or factory.

How many of these laws is your beloved Dangote abiding by?.. wawa man that you lots are glorifying.

Majority of the Igbos mocking Benue people and throwing tantrums all around are living outside Igboland, mostly in Yorubaland (South West) just like Igbokwe.. it's the reason they don't know reality of what is on ground in their home region, they erroneously believe the way South West is peaceful is the way their home region South East too is peaceful, they have never experienced the horror, human rights violations, every Mondays sit at home and whatnot meted on the Igbos by their fellow Igbos.
