Again on Awo's comment on west following if the east secedes, can you swear that you have never seen publications on that statement? you just cleverly dodge the BBC reporter conversation where Awo defended the policy, because you cannot lie about it.

That was why Chinua Achebe in his book There was a country aptly stated Awolowo's role in the starvation policy and his sneaky attitude in telling Ojukwu that the West will follow , if the East secedes. Awolowo stated it in one of his interviews that Ojukwu was a big hater of Yorubas, so where and when did they sit down to discuss such?.

It's there in history that no Igbo properties got seized or taken over in the whole of South West, the Yoruba neighbors they had secured all their propertoes for them, some collected rents on their behalf which was paid to them in full after the war. It's only naive Yorubas that feel Igbos are being maltreated by Yoruba people.
The truth is that they covet Yorubaland so much that they desire to take over our lands which will never happen.
I don't know how a group of people will leave their own lands to rot, and be chasing after other people's plots around.

You can't really blame the man.. it's easier to criticize when not in government than when in government. I hope Mr. Oyedele and his team know what they are doing and have weighed the consequences of their tax reform bill on Nigerians.
The way I see it, the Presidential committee on tax reforms engaged just the private sector (selfish) players who only care about their selfish interests and not what is best for the country. I hope they enageged very senior public servants (both serving and retired) to get their standpoint.
