I blame the SW leaders though, some people are pocketing their monthly security allocation, using part of the money to promote insecurities in their state so they will not be hold accountable for any meaningful development in their states.

While systematically send their people to other people region, to enjoy the peace there and also be dragging their rights with them. Many of them have vacated their region, they cannot travel back but you see them hailing the gunmen while also fighting their host of their land.

Yoruba leaders should wake up, their agenda is obvious to any right thinking person.

There is difference between gaining weight and gaining healthy weight. Some weight gain can be problematic but healthy weight gain will make you look good and well.

Lastly. your genes play a key role in your physique and size.. if one or both parents of yours are slim (or even your grandparents), chances are that you'd be slim too, till probably when you get married and start having kids before your body will change.
