While it is true we use LPG for cooking in Nigeria, LNG is also used for cooking.
LPG can be liquified by pressure and stored using our normal gas cylinders LNG on the other hand is stored using special equipments but it is also used for cooking and other applications

It's not economical to use LNG for cooking.. In Chemical Engineering, LNG is mostly for export, LPG & CNG are okay for cooking, as fuel for vehicles, etc. in-country.
LNG is mostly for countries far far away who don't have gas resource but need gas for their industries and other activities. Bear in mind that gas processing and storage equipment cost way higher than the ones for oil, part of reasons Nigeria hasn't been able to fully harness her gas resource. You need huge amount of money in the billions of dollars to set up LNG trains for instance.

LPG is used as cooking gas, not LNG.

What you're using for cooking (i.e LPG) is propane (for Nigeria) or butane gas (in some other countries. Either C3H8 or C4H10 is the LPG (liquefied petroleum gas).

LNG requires liquefaction units or LNG trains for the cooling process (cryogenic cooling) at very low temperature (-160 to -165 degrees Celcius which is approx. -260 degrees Fahrenheit). It's basically used for fueling in long distances e.g. ships and can be regasified for compression under pressure to get CNG.

He started his nonsense in the cement sector, price of cement skyrocketed, people could no longer build houses, house rent jumped up and many other negative impacts his actions had on Nigerians.. now the same Dangote has entered the petroleum sector and is about to make price of PMS skyrocket beyond what Nigerians can afford, he'll come up with one excuse or the other on why PMS shouldn't sell below #1,500, forgetting the fact that imported petrol is/was far cheaper than the nonsense he is selling as fuel. Very soon, Nigerians will no longer be able to use personal cars, food prices will rise and untold hardship will take over.

This is one flaw in the FCT, no mass transit system like we have in Lagos.. Fashola tried in that aspect with BRT he brought to Lagos.

El-rufai introduced long buses similar to BRT when he was FCT Minister, but those ones now operate from Berger to outskirts like Nyanya. Asides that, you'll see few Coaster buses running same route, the rest are cabs and private vehicles. I hope the FCT Minister can look into this to secure residents of FCT and environs.

Soludo is clearly violating the constitution and judgement of the Supreme Court granting full autonomy to LGAs in Nigeria. Had it been it was a Governor in South West or North that took such step, you'd have seen Igbos on the thread displaying oversabi as of they know all, but since it's Soludo, they'd keep mute and act dumb.
