You may not have to worry.

That was the only thing I submitted today.

There was no issue at all.

Thank you Thibcyrain.

Just to clarify - you only submitted the university recognition page? No need for recognition of the particular course?

Dear NDT,

Please how did you go about the process of getting your degree recognized? i have checked Anabin and my university is listed there. My course is listed under another university on Anabin however.

Thank you.

If you are in Lagos, go to UPS yourself o. I went there yesterday and they couldn't find my passport. I had to go back there by 7am this morning before they found it. Biko 2 days is a long time o before one useless person misplaces it. Go to UPS Gbagada ASAP.

Was it delivered to you? And if so how long did it take? Mine’s been en route for 2 days now

Those that have gotten visas and plan to travel to Paris from Lagos, what airlines are you looking at and when are you planning to leave?

This is pretty standard so if the school is where you really want to go, then go ahead and make the payment. get your acceptance letter and start your campus france application ASAP.

all the best.

Hello guys, I got admitted into a private University in France, I was asked to pay the registration fee of 2000 euro (close to 1 million naira) before I can get an acceptance letter. Is it advisable for me to pay the registration fee ??

Guys,

Is it possible to apply for German student visa if you start a program in another EU country or US and get their visa/residence permit?

Let's say you apply to Estonia or Lithuania and get their residence permit based on student visa, can you apply for German student visa from there without having to come back to Nigeria?

Do you mean either English or German language certificate? Does IELTS qualify you under category A with BSc before 2017? Thanks.
amikable97:
.

Even if you have AL but you graduated and your Bsc certificate is older than January 2017 or let me put it in an easy way your Bsc certificate dates 2016 backwards you fall under category B
But if you graduated after January 2017 and your certificate is carrying February 2017 - till date you fall under category A

But this is not the only criterion for category A even if your Bsc is before 2017 and you have a language certificate/scholarship you are eligible to apply under category A

Slip:
There was a guy on this thread who had similar situation from last year to this year but eventually he's in Germany this year.

From his point we observed that the embassy mandated him to provide a new admission for the period just to show that the university is still interested in him. What I would advise is this;

1. First of all send a mail to the university and enquiry if a new admission letter for summer would be provided as the embassy will require for processing, since you guys have been communicating.

2. Send an humble enquiry email to the embassy about your situation and ask if you can submit student visa application with attachments. This attachment should be your winter admission letter and your various communications between the university especially where they confirmed that you can join them again in summer. I believe you will get a response from the embassy since they are not in the peak period of student applications.

3. After a positive response from both the university and embassy you can cancel and rebook with a start date of 1st April, 2020.

I hope this help.

Good luck.

Thank you. I will send an email to the embassy now.

Hello guys, I need guidance please.

I got winter AL but yet to get AD. I have however enrolled and matriculated by sending all required documents. I even have an official email with the school where I get all official communication.

I have been communicating with my program head and international office and they have asked me to continue trying to get AD that no matter when I come even if it is summer semester, I will start the program then. All of this correspondence is via email.

1. I currently have an AD application in the system where 1st November was resumption date but no AD still. Should I cancel and book another AD stating March as resumption?

2. The school have said I only need to pay my summer semester fees to get my summer enrollment certificate but my AL is for Winter semester as the program only starts in Winter. If i finally get an AD for summer, how will this affect my visa application?

3. I have an admission offer from another school for summer but the enrollment fees and deposit is about 3400 Euros which is a lot seeing as I am already enrolled in another school. Should I pay and use this new AL to apply for summer AD instead of presenting the winter AL and summer enrollment in my existing school?

PLEASE I NEED GUIDANCE AS I AM IN A DILEMMA. ALL THE EXPERIENCED ONES SHOULD PLEASE HELP.

THANK YOU. @justwise @odedenshi1 @odiema

Hello Guys,

Are we saying if your start date is November for instance and you are yet to get appointment date by that November, is that grounds for embassy to cancel one's application?

Thank you.

Bro please did you apply with Category A or Category B?

I applied with Category A in August but when I saw what the website put that it's for only Bachelors received after January 2017, I cancelled and applied for category B.

Now October is here and I'm hearing that Categort A is for all MSc while Category B is for all Bsc.

I am confused please. Shed some light @highpriest0 Thank you
