Lexusgs430:A whole library of content man. I can't wait to playback all of it. The old VHS cassette are all in good shape. I was little bit surprised I couldn't get any VHS player online. It really speaks a lot about our archiving practice here. A quick search on ebay returns hundreds of results on classic VHS players. |

Hello everyone, I have this SWIFT 4G LTE MIFI Huawei e5372 I unlocked over 2 years ago. I recently put it on one morning and it has been showing invalid card/no sim ever since. I intitally thought it got relocked, so I put back the Swift sim but still no lock (See rythmes�.) I was hoping someone could help with a possible solution. A friend seems to think its a hardware issue. I hate to think that all hope is lost with my dear Huawei e5372. Does anyone have a scrap SWIFT 4G LTE MIFI Huawei e5372 or one for sale. Gracias |

Good morning, I'M in need of a VHS player in a good working condition. I have searched classified sites(olx and jij) to no avail. I decided my next stop should be Nairaland. I'M located in Lagos and hoping I can get someone who has an Old one for sale. Better still if anyone can direct me to where I can get one to buy in Lagos. So I asked someone to get me a VCR from Alaba international market over the weekend. He got me the JVC hr -j680 for N2,500. I'm about to start playing back my collection of old VHS. Meanwhile, there is this cord that is used to convert VHS format to digital. Can anyone help me with getting this? Finally, let give it up for our Ibo brothers for keeping possession of this soon to be extinct beauty. Attached is a copy of what the VCR looks like Gracias.

This is the error message I now get on my swift mifi ''Invalid card or No Card''. Is there anyone that can help out. I'm not sure its a software issue

Please is anyone having the same problem with SWIFT 4G LTE MIFI Huawei e5372 ? I have unlocked it a long time ago, I noticed since yesterday there has been No service on the MIFI. It says card invalid or no card found. I have tried other Sim including the original swift Sim and still no luck |

dollyjoy:I wish I had the opportunity to have stayed with any of my grandparents. I only got to visit them during long holidays. I recently just started going through some of my grandfather's old stuffs. He loved to document and archived every little thing. I'm currently going through his library of old VHS cassette. They include my parents wedding ceremony and all my uncle's and aunts that got married before he passed away. He recorded old TV shows like Village headmaster, The minister, cocktail crow at dawn and so many others. It's been over 20 years since he passed and all this contents are still intact without any problems. 2 Likes |

I have been meaning to post and about this topic for a while. I finally quit the procrastination and decided to put it out there. I am currently taking caring of my Old man who is about 75 years and battling a disease. It can be challenging and some times i wish i could just up and run away. But then again I know nobody wishes to find themselves in a situation where they are helpless and at the mercy of others. Life can be funny and complicated. It sometimes makes me question what the whole essence of the struggle, hustle and bustle is, only to end up old and die. Anytime I have a malaria attack and feel completely useless, i think of my old man who has been battling this disease for years and I break down, trying to put my self in his shoes. It makes me feel sad for, knowing the feeling of frustration and depression he battles with. One thing i constantly try to take away from his situation is to do whatever it is you want to do NOW while you have the strength and wiliness to do it. You don't want to end up regretting why you never made that move or why you never took a certain decision. At the end of the day, life screws us all (Pardon my french) What's your own experience with aged parents? Advice and suggestions are welcomed. |
