Hello, I would like to find out if anyone is registering for the Professional I exam in August. I have a relevant masters degree that enables me to start from Professional I, but I won't be issued a certificate till June. I have an unofficial transcript stating I passed all my courses with my final CGPA. I'll like to know if that can be accepted while applying online. |

Hello Engineers in the house, I have a Samsung Note 4 I bought used some about 5 months back. First of all, a few days after I bought it from the previous owner I noticed the phone wasn't getting recognized anytime I plugged it into a laptop. I decided I could live with it. A month after, the phone kept restarting for no reason. I then decided to do a quick google search and found some people online had the same issue with Samsung Note 4. They all suggested using this app(can't remember the name now) that keeps the phone on and stops it from restarting. That fixed the issue for me and I continued using it. A few days ago, the phone went off and all attempt to put it back on have proved abortive. I was hoping someone on this thread can help me or possible anyone willing to buy the phone for a decent amount from me. Gracias!!! |
[quote author=Romeo3 post=65823235]lol. It's not the way you think. Most times i leave change of up to 500naira with my riders. no jokes. Majority of riders see drivers as beneath them. So, if you talk and act as if someone is beneath You, What is 30naira that You cannot forget and move On? I personally look at my riders attitude. It's what would make me forget the change with them, or go all out to get them the exact change. Like you said, some drivers are condescending about the issue, so also are riders. I write from my own perspective. Most times i leave 500 change for someone and They would say no, keep it. Other times, i would leave 500 change with some, like an old woman inpicked up from her daughter's house. She collected it gladly and prayed for me. it all depends. If your body language exudes pride to me, i expect you live up to that pride and leave your change and walk away with your head held high. ![]() . Now that you put it this way I perfectly get where you coming from. I can't begin to imagine the kind of riders you come across on a daily. Your job requires a lot of patience. Keep up the good the job man |
Let me start by saying I am a fan of your diary. I Crack up every time I read a new entry. I'm glad you opened it up for interaction. I however like to bring this issue of 'change' up. I see you constantly try to mock your riders for requesting for their change. I mean you are in the business where money is exchanged with your customers daily, you should know certain customers will always demand for their change no matter how little it is. I might be taking this issue personal because I have experienced it quite a number of times with taxify/Uber drivers. They try to guilt trip you into leaving your change with them. Most of the time I usually let it slide, but when I come across certain drivers who sound condescending when it comes to this issue, I gladly give them a piece of my mind. Yes, broke a $$$ give me my 100 naira change ![]() |
Heshei:Yo! What's your asking price hommie.? |
