Hello Doctors in the house,
So here is my case. I started having frequent urination about two months back. I some times get up to 3 times at night to pee and more frequent during the day also. It started after a night out of having few drinks. At first it hurt to pass out urine, then that stopped.
But the frequent urination continued. I went to a hospital recently and complained, i was told to do a urinalysis and it came back negative for no infection.
I was also asked to do fasting blood sugar, which was within the range.
I decided to check a general hospital and i was asked to carry out kidney test. Which i'll do this coming week.
My question to doctors in the house is, if the result come back negative. What do you think could be triggering this frequent urination.

Like i said it started the next day after having alcohol (vodka and some spirit)

Just saw "The Idol" based on the true story of Mohammed Assaf from Palestine. The movie showcases his struggle and determination to get to the Arab Idol Singing competition. A better part of the story was fictionalised, but it was still a great movie. The plot might have been predicatable, none the less it still delivered.
The cinematography wasn't superb given that the Director wanted us to see the effect of war on the society.
If you re looking to have ur date to a movie a little teary-eyed then this movie is for you
I'll give it a solid 7/10

This is one of the movies i have seen this year and love how the movie was shot. The plot might have been cliche but there re a number of reasons why i love the movie.
I love the way they advertised the Apple products. If you re not a fan of Apple products, you might just become one after seeing this movie.
Then i also love the insight into the world of a deaf person, beautiful world if you ask me.
I love the cinematography too

I also watched Spotlight (2015) interesting and fast paced drama movie, and it's seems they decided to do the movie because they saw our own October 1st by Kunle Afolayan.

War Dogs
Finally something refreshing to watch after a while. I enjoyed every bit of the movie from the witty banters to the dialogues.
If you are looking for a crime film with a touch of action and comedy then you should see War Dogs. It’s actually based on a true life story.
IMDB has not rated it yet, but I’ll give it a solid 8/10. I am happy Miles Teller is taking on more serious roles after seeing Whiplash and now War Dogs.
Not a big fan of Jonah Hill, but he impressed me on this one. Coupled with the fact that he had to put on some weight for this movie.
Bradley Cooper was more or less a cameo appearance to me..lol
Out in cinemas August 19th.

Seeing War Dogs tomorrow...Here is hoping the trailer matches up with my expectations

i encountered the issue with some movies on that site. So here is what i did, i stopped downloading the links that have "".x265/25 in front of them.
Try downloading the regular ones..Web Dl or MKV without the x265 in front of the link or in between

I just read an editorial in today's The nation newspaper. It is titled " Crash of the elephant". It gives another account i never heard or read about of that fateful day. I just can't stop thinking why this should'nt be made into a movie.
The narrative of this article felt like a movie to me. Perhaps, all this noise about history missing in our educational system can be re-visited with visual history telling..

PS: i have been trying to get an online link to this story to no avail.

I know making a movie about the first coup will generate a lot of controversies. However, i wish one someone will take the bold step and make a movie about the first coup. The production is going to be enormous and challenging, but it can be done.

I think people here should start identifying the genres that they are interested in so as to reduce these misplaced damming assessments that they give to movies. If your interest lies in action, then focus on action movies, if it's in romance, comedy, psychology, drama, horror, supernatural, mystery, crime, adventure, Sci-fi, martial arts, sword and sandals, etc then identify with those movies instead of criticizing a movie simply because it doesn't interest you.


You should be able to know the various genres that interests you so that you can pick and watch movies with those particular genres. Now I'm not saying that some movies which are universally shiit doesn't deserve criticism(of course they do) but when a movie like say for example, deadpool, which is loved by the majority doesn't suit your taste then it's not in your area of choice.

I'm going to comment this time by all means. Man! What the actual Bleep? What is it with nairaland and graphic photos man. Even with the viewer discretion notification, man it is wrong.
You come on nairaland every day and you see about 3 post on front page with graphic photos. It has to stop man.
These people have family members and all we do is splatter their pictures on the internet with one stupid viewer discretion is advised.
We don't have regard for the human life in this part of our bleeped up country man.
How many graphic photos do u see online even in the middle east where bombs are going off every other minute.

No meaningful information follows the picture, no manifest if it's a passenger bus, so i ask really to what end do these photos make the front page.

I screened Independence Day: Resurgence today. Back with review.
I did not know what to expect prior to screening the movie. I did not watch any trailer or read any reviews before going into the cinema, which is quite unlike me.
The first 15minutes wasn't really doing it for me, seeing that i'm not a fan of sci-fi movies. I can't really recall the 1st installment of Independence day other than it staring Will Smith.

The visual effect was on point and i particularly liked the humour in the movie. The movie boasts of a number ofstars.. I liked that William Fichtner from Prison break took a lead role

I'm not even down watching it and i already love the production. I would really love to meet your friend and learn a thing or two from him. Any chance of this happening?

I really carried last on this short film o...To think it was premiered last year. Man! The production is on another level. I was curious to know who was playing Ojukwu before his face was lit up in the movie. Gregory Ojefua, i have seen a couple of his movies and i never really took him serious, but his portrayal of Ojukwu in this short film was really on point. I think i just became a fan of his work for his role in this movie.
The cinematography and the set was also nicely done. This is the kind of movie production we should be churning out.
I wish the the production company for this movie would one day make a movie about the 66 coup. I'll do everything i can to assist in anyway for that movie to see the light of the day.

I wish we had more pictures of Ifeajuna..i rushed to open the thread hoping to see new pictures of him. I have always been fascinated with the young plotters of the 1st coup. I want more insight into their personal lives and more pictures of Nzogwu, Ademoyega, Okafor, Anuforo, Chukwuka, Obienu, Onwuatuegwu.

I think I screened the worst movie for 2016 today. WEAPONIZED. My goodness, I was literally trying to pick something worth the while about the movie. Man! Absolutely nothing…Crap, crap and more crap. From the very first scene you could pick out the shitty acting.. So many goofs and the cinematography wasn’t anything to write about…
I believe I have gone through the torture and it is my civic responsibility to tell you NOT to see this movie in the cinema, seriously you are better off watching telemudo with voice over in Yoruba.

I'm sure not everybody likes the cinema experience, i personally can't stand the side commentary from other viewers, or the clown who wants to chip in his/ her own jokes at every scene. However, there a certain movies you SHOULD see @ the cinema to actually get in touch with the movie.
