If you like political drama movies then you should see ''Miss Sloane''. I hardly watch a movie twice but this might be an exception. Solid 8/10 for me

A British University that I know of offers part time MD (Doctor of Medicine, which in the British system is equivalent to a PhD) in tropical medicine for working doctors which lasts for seven years.

And nowadays, we have the internet. You don't need to be physically at school to get your degree, be it masters or PhD.

Oh please, how on earth is this the right time for a sitting governor who has enough on his plate in his state to be carrying out his PhD. To add salt to injury, he decides to run the programme in Netherlands.
It is wrong and we shouldn't deny this..

What re your thoughts about Logan?

Logan was certainly entertaining no doubt. All the hype surrounding it is definitely because this is Hugh's last installment as Wolverine/Logan.
He went all out on this one, Marvel is going to have a had time finding a replacement.
If you re looking for raw/uncut brutal violence then this is it. Apparently Hugh Jackman took a pay cut in order to get an R rating for this movie. I wonder how that works really
I particularly loved the gore and violence when Logan had to go up against a cloned version of himself who was much more stronger.The second time he had to go up against the cloned version was more brutal and gory. Lots of strong language, movie is definitely not for kids...
Boyd Holbrook from Narcos who was part of the Villain delivered brilliantly till the tail end of the movie...Likewise the little girl Laura (X-23) she's one to watch out for.
Finally, we see Professor X in a whole new dimension. He is very sick and occasionally has this panic attacks that cause paralysis for any one around his vicinity.
Sorry if the review is a little bit disjointed, trying as much as possible to avoid spoilers

I think this are the reasons why movies like :
Mulholland Drive
Arrival and some others, have high ratings. They have been finally busted.

Always been aware of these facts before now that's why i never fully rely on IMDB ratings.

Even if it is restricted, if you have nice grade in your Bsc, you can still go ahead and apply. They have other free courses that can serve as plan B .But IELTS is a must without negotiation. Shalom

I have always wanted to study International Relations. I have a Bsc in Political Science and would love to apply for a BA at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Science.
I would love to get answers to some questions.
1. Do i need to make a reference to my Bsc in Political Science when applying for BA in International Relations?
2. Would i be required to take any of the exams; TEOL IETLS..etc?
3. Finally, any other useful information will be much appreciated.

I heard this movie leaked last week..With all the hype surrounding the movie, its only natural it got leaked. It probably took this long because the format of the movie was stored in DCP all this while. It Could only be a projectionist in one of the cinema houses that pulled this off.

Certain part of this movie that makes you love the art of film-making. I love the subtle advert with the Benz, when the teenager was trying to get away after he was trapped around the cops. A similar scene was played out in 'Secret Soldiers of Benghazi' with the ML Benz taking all that hit.

Finally saw 'A Dog's purpose' today. It was an entertaining movie told in 100 minutes. I'll give it a 7/10. However, the recent uproar over a video leaked by TMZ showing a dog being forced into churning water might be bad for the movie. There are already calls for a boycott of the movie..

A Dogs purpose tomorrow. IMDB say's 1/10 . Trailer looks good though..

I'm really glad that someone decided to open a thread like this. I recently just finished my post graduate studies from 'the University of first Choice' (Go figure) for which i was admitted into in May, 2014. The duration is clearly stated in their brochure to run for 18 months (part-time).
Mind you the set before mine had to throw away a whole year due to administrative lapses from the department.
My biggest challenge was from my supervisor who was a pain in the neck. I only got to see him 3 times before i completed my thesis. I can go on for days but i judging from the comments on this thread, it is safe to say that post graduate studies in Nigerian Universities is in shambles...

Hacksaw Ridge, if you are looking for that War film that is intense and filled with body parts blown away by guns and explosives, then this is ur movie.
Mel Gibson did a solid come back with this one. Andrew Garfield was also amazing in this war film. A seventh day adventist who wants to go to war without any weapon and plans on not killing a soul.
