. From d woman's complain, she only claim that he is a scammer just because they had misunderstanding.
For me I only see costumer who is not satisfy for any reason but she is looking for the most greavious way to bring somebody down. The best way to nail a thriving business in auto section is to name that person a scammer/dubious fellow with reasonable evidence. Unfortunately she could not provide evidence to back d claim up, I see intent to nail somebody in this brouhaha.

1) Those properties given to u to market, are they ur direct client or agents to agents brief? If it is agents to agent breifs, u may just be disturbing yourself because if u get somebody for it the agents that gave u may not even know anything about d brief. If they are directly from your client, big congratulations.

2) Improve on your marketing strategy, expose yourself and property as far as u can. Internet is d most useful way to get client cos everybody now google for anything.
Get urseelf registered in Olx, , nairaland, different Facebook property group, Whatapps property group and Bbm groups they help a lot. U can also get small billbard to hang around strategic places eg to let contact xzy and hang it at the entrance of popular estate, street entrace, u can also get coloured spray and write for easy accommodation contact xyz at T junctions, visible parts of bridge etc.

3) be very reliable, if u say this property is available at xzy price, pls let it be so when ever a client or collegue contact u about said property. Do not form story of it was sold yesterday, the owner has increased the price etc, all this things has negative effect on reputation and Poeple will not be willing to contact u again.

All in all real estate deal is not easy but many people are selling and leasing with ease without any traditional assistance, it is all about your contacts, your reliability and your advertising strategy.

I had to createn account to share my bitter experience with Gionee. Gionee phones are nice with great batteries that last really long. My issue with Gionee is what they call "WARRANTY". My phone that I bought in the first quarter of this year got faulty and I took it to a Gionee service centre for repairs and they outrightly told me I was going to pay for the repairs and parts. Every other person that I met there paid for their services too. So this got me wondering...What's now the 12 months warranty they give people about?
I am doing this to get the attention of Gionee owners so that they can do something about this. Other brands like tekno and infinix Dont charge a penny to fix phones that are still under warranty. If nothing is done about this , Gionee is definitely going to loose many potential buyers/customers because no one would want to buy a phone that its warranty is just mere words.

PS: [b]I suspect those guys at the Gionee service centres are charging people without the management/owners' knowledge because they Dont agree to give people the changed parts. [/b]So, I suspect that they send back the bad parts they changed to the company just so they can prove to the company that they actually fixed a Gionee phone with the parts the company sent to them(Gionee service center) freely free of charge whereas they charge customers for it.

@ bolden, I suspected as much, when I went to gionee office to repair my phone @ gionee center banex Wuse 2 Abuja, I noticed they charged me and I suspected fowl play. When I broke my screen, I contacted gionee office in Lagos and I was directed to Gionee office in Abuja. I was told the price of the screen in Lagos but on getting to Abuja the screen price was almost double the Lagos price and I enquired about the difference in price, the guy said Abuja is different from Lagos otherwise i should go and repair it in Lagos.

I met him last year December precisely and we both work in the same office, we became best of friends but he was in a relationship (distant) and I was single.
We were really close because we both were new in town with no family around and then I fell in love with him and opened up about my feelings to him but he said he was in a relationship.

I was hurt but I held my head up and moved on. I started mingling with other male colleagues and then he became jealous and so I confronted him about it (still loved him) and u also told him to choose between us and he said he wants me. His decision was based on the fact that the other lady was far away, he thought she was promiscuous and she is an OND holder etc (I got to find out about this later).

We moved in together because of financial stress and talked about getting married next year... Late June this year I found out he had not broken up with the other lady, confronted him about it and he settled the issue.

I got pregnant July and he asked for an abortion, I insisted on keeping the baby with or without marriage.. He finally accepted to marry me and proceeded to tell my parents(he later said I forced him to that). He accused me of so many things and called me different names.

He traveled to his hometown and informed his parents about it all and met with the lady. On his return, he said the lady gives him peace and if I lose this pregnancy he will go back with her and that he loves her but he is just getting married to me because he respects my family and do not want to bring shame to me at work.

I cried, prayed and endured it all. Two weeks ago his family came for the introduction and the wedding has been fixed for December but I'm not happy.

I'm a shadow of myself, he feels disgusted by my presence and I can't say anything without him getting angry. I used to nag and quarrel a lot but I've stopped, even when I'm angry I just walk away.

He does not care about me and this pregnancy and if I tell him I'm sick or tired or anything, he will just say that I'm not the first to get pregnant and that it's when I push the baby he will take responsibility.

I have tried my best and I'm confused, last night I called him peacefully to ask him what I'm doing wrong but he said I'm disturbing him. I used to call his parents and my parents to intervene but he said I should stop that and I have stopped.
