If I was a manufacturer, I will be glad to comply with that 2naira holograms when I'm very sure it will reduce the chance of my product been adulterated especially when we are all aware that half of goods in Nigeria are adulterated. It is a win win situation and the manufacturer is likely to gain the market share lost to adultrators.
What I think we should be concern is how genuine this programe is? Will corruption in government sector not defeat the good intension of this policy?

You are right, Russia has lowest GDP per capital in the top 15 except China but it was not Putin's fault, in fact average Russian GDP per capital increased by 200% under Putin in fact west can't deny that.
What is even the gauge for poverty? Per capital income seen as poverty line in Europe is far different from China , so it is difficult to say some people are poor when they did not see them self has poor. The problem is west always want to enforce their standard on everybody.
