Hello all, must my statement of account come from the bank. Isn't it the same as printing it from my online account? My bank is unable to provide this statement due to network and my interview is tomorrow. |
I am thinking doing same aswell. I have similar issues |
I subscribed to the 3.5g plan. Is there restrictions on social networks with this plan?. I can't use my social apps or even open Facebook from the browser. Who else is experiencing this?? |
How much can I get OEM front o2 sensor (air/fuel ratio sensor) for 08 accord. |
nas00:Thanks for the response. Not at all. The engine was changed a couple of months ago. Maybe they forgot. Found a loose wire with no connector. We got a single pin and connected to the sensor. Tho issue persist. The knocking noise is quite intense only when accelerating. Someone suggested changing the top cylinder head will eliminate the noise completely that the knock sensor isn't the cause. |
Flyingman:@gazzuz @luvinhubby and all other experts in the world. Come to my rescue please as my account is going into negative. My car still isn't shifting properly especially when am about to go into motion. Highway drive shift smooth but when I slow down and want to accelerate. It fails to move into the next gear and just revs until I pull to N and back to D (not all the time). I noticed one evening my car revs close to 4000rpm and my power steering reservoir was bubbling oil and overflowing and steering stiff. Checked the trans oil and it was completely dry. My mech confirmed there was a leakage through the trans cooler hose and also advised I change the inner cup/upper arm which he said contributed to gear oil leakages and was the cause of the slippage. Did a complete oil change and got the hose replaced aswell with other parts mentioned. Did a scan, the P0716 input/turbine speed sensor code disappeared but the rest remains and issue persist(still failing to shift to next gear when am accelerating) Please assist, all the mechs I have met so far seem to be clueless. Any recommendation in Abuja will be highly appreciated. 2008 Honda Accord |
Flyingman:I pulled out these codes P0716 P0325 P2229 P0135 P0498 P2185 Cleared all codes and car moves all right. But I feel everything isn't alright. Should I replace any other sensor.?? |
Flyingman:So I changed the A/T clutch pressure control solenoid A, B, and C and the D blinking stopped but still have delayed engagement when I move from P to D. When driving the car revs up without changing gear until I stop move to P and return back to D. Going for a scan tomorrow. Expert take a wild guess what else is there to change. Am in Abuja. Any good transmission guys around here?? |
Hello guys, I have issues with a 2008 Honda Accord vtec 2.4 cyl. 1.When car starts and you try to move. It doesn't respond slowly immediately. It picks up quickly after putting pressure on the throttle. Same as when in motion, with low pressure on the acceleration. It's moves to about 4000rpm with reving noise. Before now, the 'D' blinks when it revs to 4000rpm. I changed the flat switch sensor and the smaller single one and the blinking stopped but the rev still persist with low acceleration. 2. Radio goes off and comes on anytime it likes. I checked the fuse which is okay. But noticed applying pressure to the fuse seems to bring the radio to stable condition but once you take your hands off, it goes off. Kindly assist with your advice |
Flyingman:Issue has been resolved. Replaced the fuel gauge sending unit and serviced the gauge clock. Working perfectly now. |
Okay guys, another issue that needs assistance. I recently changed my inner cup and ball joint. After coupling with some electrical checks at the fusebox,I noticed my gas gauge isn't rising up and flashing yellow below minimum level. An electrician is suggesting I change the dashboard lol. I've asked him to leave it. I'll prefer to measure my gas level with a stick. What should I check abeg? Any idea |
Flyingman:Okay. I have resolved this issue, thought I should share. I replaced the accelerator pedal position sensor and that fixed the gas pedal non-responsiveness. |
GAZZUZZ:Thanks @gazzuzz, I think your guess is right. Would have it worked on today. |
TopeMel:Hi, I recently fixed this issue on my dc. Check if your battery is okay. Use another battery. If issue persist. Your should check the terminal for proper contact. Still persist, check if the cable is corroded or burnt like in my case. I changed the terminal and new cables. |
Happy new year house. This year go better o with less issues. For me I started it with car issues as usual. My accord dc refused to accelerate this evening while driving. It cranks quite alright but with high rpm. When I step on gas pedal. It hesitate slightly but nothing happens. It shakes immediately you put on drive. I recently serviced the nozzle and plugs change but noticed car drags when I accelerate before the final show down. Would get them to fix tomorrow but what could be wrong so I can eliminate this issue. Thanks fam |
kingreign:Many thanks man. Would give that a try. |
Greetings guys, how do I fix my battery corrosion issues? I usually see white substances on my -ve battery terminal which prevents the car from starting most times. car starts only when I clean the connector and fix it back. Is it the connector or sign of a dying battery? Have you experienced this before? Kindly assist. |
Who is with me? Hat trick for Alexis. He must complete this hat trick |
luvinhubby:Thank you for the quick response. I figured out the negative battery connector was corroded. The was white substance on the battery head which I believe it's caused by sulfation. Had to scrape and clean the metal connector and car is fine. I hope this help others experience same b4 spending money on a new Kickstarter. |
Hey guys, I have a slight problem that has held me hostage. I've been having starting problem of recent. Sometimes, when I try to start my car, it goes off. I'll have to tighten the battery head for it to start. Tried that this time around and car won't start. Tried with a different battery, no kicking whatsoever. All light comes on, fan comes on, dashboard light comes on but not starting. How do 2007 accord. |
Dear sirs, what could be the cause of my key getting stuck in ignition when I want to remove it. Other times, it comes out perfect. I'll have to remove the -ve battery head as a way to remove it which is quite embarrassing. NB: gear is always on park (P) and dashboard shows P. |
Flyingman:Okay guys, I seriously need help. Want to change my mechanic cause of this. I notice the water level on my radiator has dropped same with the reservoir tank and I have to top it every morning. Car idles well with no vibration and steering vibrates slightly when accelerating. All this after the serpentine belt change. He claims the fan belt is ok. Kindly advice |
Hello guys, my fan belt recently pulled off and I got replaced but car has been sluggish in acceleration and vibrating ever since the change. I just noticed a Toyota tagged fan belt on my accord 2007. Is this right? Want to be sure before I descend on my mecho. Cc Gazzuzz |
GAZZUZZ:Spot on Gazzuzz, I had it fixed, changed the sensor. Same sensor. Thanks a lot for the info. |
Hey guys! Trust everyone here is doing good. I drive a DC, noticed it doesn't drive above 3rpm but revs above it on idle, it jerks when it goes close to 3(Limp mode). My electrician fixed some door lock issues that kept lighting up on the dashboard when the door is closed by playing with some cables at the drivers fuse box. He then advised I change the fuse box that there is a partial contact. I noticed this problem afterwards. What can be done to take it off this mode? |
How pathetic can some people be in the name of religion. is it only Nigeria that'll get raptured?. Will BVN stop you from buying and selling? Nigerians and their superstition in every little thing. |
nurey:thanks for the response. i think you've made a whole lot of point here. Advice heeded. |

Hello my car professionals. really in need of your opinion and advice on this one. I drive an accord 2007 4cyl and thinking of switching to the FX family. 2004-2006 FX35 precisely is what am having sleepless night on. It's a tough decision considering the fact the accord is a very good car. I love the FX and would love to have one. How reliable is it? Would you advice i switch? looking at getting a good Nigerian used one. I don't mind the fuel gulping just drive to work and back with little driving around on weekends. |
