I understand the political calculations of the South West. While it was not going to happen- the North has double-crossed them even before Nigeria became a republic- I did not understand the political actions of the Middle Belt, Plateau State and even Southern Kaduna. I think it was only Taraba State that had their eyes wide open.
How can you support people and a party filled with persons who have genocidal aspirations against you? Doesnt make sense . Hence it is hard to have sympathy for them beyond the sympathy I will give to persons displaced.
