federal might works exceedingly well in Ebonyi state. I can't say the same for akwa ibom state because Governor Udom had state structure. In Umahi's case, he has state structure and federal might.

akpabio defected to APC when the sitting governor is in PDP. This is entirely different. Sitting governor is PDP and will take the PDP structure to APC. Akpabio didnt take the PDP structure to APC cause he wasn't the governor who control state structure. Udom is.

Well Orji Uzor Kalu, Umahi and others are putting up a fight, they might not win in 2023 but they would get very strategic position to fight a greater war in 2027

Brave men put up a fight. They will be compensated with strategic appointments eventually even if they lose out. Such strategic positions can be very useful for their state or region. Imagine Umahi as minister for works or aviation or transport. The infrastructure in Ebonyi under tight allocation will be replicated across nigeria.

Imagine just last year we finished elections but by next year, machinery and positioning will be in full force, then next two years is presidential primaries, next three years elections.

So much distractions. One term of 6years is more suitable

I am not surprised by that. Umahi frequently visits Abia state and currently has very good relationship with Abia state Government.

Orji Uzor Kalu of Abia state is already in APC so it'd be easier.

Juliusmalema I hope you see that Umahi's defection may trigger another one as more SE leaders are glaringly seeing it that PDP will never zone its presidency tO SE to contest in a lifetime.

At least APC's body language does not favor any candidate but every mouse in PDP knows its going for Atiku.

PDP is very ungrateful towards SE.

Since 1999, SE have given them 95% loyalty and supported Obasanjo against Ojukwu their warlord, but PDP will never reciprocate to SE in DUE time out of equity and fairness.

PDP will be quenched in SE. Anambra is eternally APGA, WHILE IMO IS APC.

EBONYI AND ABIA ARE EDGING TOWARDS APC. LET ENUGU REMAIN ALONE WITH GBURUGBURU.

THEN BY 2023 THREE SE STATES WILL BE APC AND IT WILL HAVE AS MANY POWERFUL DELEGATES TO CANVASS APC PRESIDENTIAL TICKET TOWARDS SE.

THAT IS THE ARRANGEMENT
